Abstract
Description
도 2은 메탄올과 0.2M 포스페이트를 이용하여 추출한 샘플을 NMR로 분석하여 나온 대표적인 스펙트럼이다(A:중국산 배추, B:한국산 배추).
도 3는 도 2의 스펙트럼을 수치화 하여 PCA score plot(A)와 PCA loading plot(B)를 한 것이다.
도 4는 각 대사체 농도를 OPLS-DA score plot(A)와 S-Plot(B)를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5은 각 대사체의 농도를 정량하여 나타낸 그래프이다

- 한국산 및 중국산 배추의 원산지별로 발현량에서 차이를 나타내는 4-아미노부틸레이트, 아스파라긴, 아스파라진산, 글루타민, 이소류신, 류신, 트레오닌, 타이로신, 발린, 구연산, 푸마르산, 능금산, 숙신산, 과당, 포도당 및 자당으로 이루어지고,
상기 과당, 포도당 및 자당의 발현량은 중국산 배추와 비교하여 한국산 배추에서 증가하며,
상기 4-아미노부틸레이트, 아스파라긴, 아스파라진산, 글루타민, 이소류신, 류신, 트레오닌, 타이로신, 발린, 구연산, 푸마르산, 능금산 및 숙신산의 발현량은 한국산 배추와 비교하여 중국산 배추에서 증가하는 특징이 있는, 배추 원산지 판별용 바이오마커 조성물.
