Description
The present invention relates to a floating structure.
Natural gas is a fossil fuel containing methane as a main component and a small amount of ethane, propane and the like, and has recently been spotlighted as a low pollution energy source in various technical fields.
Efficient transportation methods that can transport the natural gas in large quantities from the production site to the demand site have been continuously examined, and recently, liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers capable of liquefying natural gas and transporting it in large quantities are mainly studied. Is used.
In recent years, LNG regasification apparatuses installed in liquefied natural gas carriers or floating structures, regasifying liquefied natural gas with natural gas at sea, and supplying natural gas obtained through regasification to the land have been used.
예를 들면, 액화천연가스 재기화 장치는 LNG RV(liquefied natural gas regasification vessel), LNG FSRU(liquefied natural gas floating storage and regasification unit), LNG FPSO(liquefied natural gas floating, production, storage and off-loading) 등의 부유식 구조물에 설치될 수 있다.For example, liquefied natural gas regasification vessels include LNG liquefied natural gas regasification vessels, LNG liquefied natural gas floating storage and regasification units, and LNG liquefied natural gas floating, production, storage and off-loading It can be installed in a floating structure, such as.
As a method of regasifying liquefied natural gas to natural gas in the regasification apparatus, a method of using seawater or a method of using a thermal medium such as glycol water may be used.
Conventionally, a direct heating method of directly exchanging seawater and liquefied natural gas has been mainly used, but recently, various environmental regulations regarding seawater discharged from a floating structure have been adopted and used. Indirect heating is used to heat-exchange heat medium fluid and liquefied natural gas after heating.
On the other hand, the floating structure is provided with a variety of heat generating engines for generating heat, such as a main engine (generator engine), a generator engine (generator engine), to provide a cooling device using fresh water, sea water, etc. to cool the heat generating engine. 본 출원인은 청수로 발열 기관을 냉각하고, 청수를 재기화에 사용된 부동액 및 해수와 열교환시켜 냉각하는 부유식 구조물의 냉각 장치에 관해 특허 등록 받은 바 있다(등록특허 제10-0955036호).The present applicant has been granted a patent for a cooling device of a floating structure that cools a heat generating engine with fresh water and heat-cools the fresh water with antifreeze and seawater used for regasification (Registration No. 10-0955036).

In the regasification process, since steam is not directly transmitted to the liquefied natural gas but indirectly through the heat medium fluid, there is a problem that unnecessary heat loss occurs during the regasification process.
In addition, when seawater is used as a heat source for regasification, it is restricted by environmental regulations. When seawater is not used as a heat source for regasification, energy corresponding to the heat capacity of seawater is lower than when seawater is used as a heat source. There is a problem that the efficiency of the regasification device is lowered because it must be added more.

The
In addition, the
Seawater stored in the
The seawater heated in the
On the other hand, the
At this time, the seawater passing through the second heat exchanger 120 may have a temperature of about 5 ℃ to 20 ℃ deprived of heat to the NG.
The seawater passing through the second heat exchanger 120 may return to the
In detail, the
On the other hand, the first bypass line so that the NG discharged from the
For example, when the temperature value sensed by the
In addition, on the
For example, the condensate bypass valve when the floating structure performs regasification in a region where the temperature of the seawater is high, so that sufficient heat exchange can occur in the second heat exchanger 120 without preheating the seawater. 155 may bypass condensate to the
In addition, even when the value measured by the
By forming the
On the other hand, the
In detail, the
In addition, the cooling sea
Meanwhile, the
The
The seawater supplied to the
In addition, if necessary, the
When seawater is used as a cooling heat source of the
3 is a view showing another example of the cooling apparatus of FIG. 1, referring to FIG. 3, the cooling
Hereinafter, the operation and effects of the
The
Steam used for regasification in the
Seawater heated by the condensed water in the
In addition, the seawater discharged from the second heat exchanger 120 may return to the
In particular, since seawater can be prevented from being discharged at low temperature by heating the seawater in advance before heat exchange between the seawater and NG, the seawater can be used as a heat source for regasification even if there is an environmental regulation on the seawater discharge temperature.
In addition, since the seawater used in the
Through two heating processes for regasifying LNG as described above, the liquefied natural
In addition, when heating is divided into two times to the target temperature of NG, since the temperature displacement in each heating process becomes smaller, it is easier to control the final temperature.
In addition, since the amount of heat applied to the LNG or NG by adjusting the
In addition, since the high-temperature steam generated in the
In addition, the use of sea water obtainable in nature as a heat source for regasification can reduce the energy consumption of the regasification apparatus (100).
In addition, by using the seawater stored in the
In addition, by connecting the
In addition, a cooling cycle can be easily configured by using seawater in the
