상기 압축탈수부재(100)는,
복수의 탈수공이 형성되어진 탈수망(10)과,
상기 탈수망(10)의 내부에 결합되어 회전에 따라 상기 음식물폐기물을 압축하여 탈수가 가능하도록 하는 이송스크류(20)와,
상기 이송스크류(20)를 회전시키도록 상기 이송스크류(20)의 일측에 결합되어지는 이송스크류용 구동모터(30)와,
상기 탈수망(10)의 상부와 파쇄부(210)를 연결시키고, 복수개의 관통공이 벽체(41)에 형성되어진 연결부(40)와,
상기 연결부(40)의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치되어 파쇄부(210)에서 유입되는 음식물폐기물을 한 번 더 절단하도록 하는 절단수단(50)과,
상기 절단수단(50)을 회전시키도록 상기 연결부(40)의 일측에 설치된 절단수단용 구동모터(60)를 포함하며,
상기 절단수단(50)은,
상기 절단수단용 구동모터(60)의 동력을 전달받는 구동축(51)과,
상기 구동축(51) 상에 수평으로 결합되는 수평칼날(55)을 포함하되, 상기 수평칼날(55)은 상기 연결부(40)의 벽체(41)를 가로질러 설치되어 양측면이 상기 연결부(40)의 벽체(41)에 밀착되어 음식물폐기물을 절단하고, 폭방향의 단부는 음식물폐기물을 혼합 및 상기 이송스크류(20) 측으로 눌러주고,
상기 수평칼날(55)은 상기 구동축(51)을 중심으로 일측에 설치되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물처리기의 압축탈수부재.
