In general, the light source used in the lamp adopts a structure in which the filament wire is heated to a high temperature when the filament wire is put in a glass glass of vacuum and the light is obtained by temperature radiation while the filament becomes thinner and evaporates at a high temperature. Argon and nitrogen mixed gas is put in glass sphere to suppress evaporation and prolong life.
Conventional lamps employing such filaments are ones of lamps that have been widely used for many years, but have a disadvantage in that most energy is emitted as heat and only a part of them is used as light.
A light emitting diode (LED) is a light source using a light emitting phenomenon generated when a voltage is applied to a semiconductor, and the brightness has been improved enough to be used for lighting due to technological developments over the years, and the lamp using the LED is a conventional incandescent lamp Compared to the low power consumption, long lifespan, bright and clear, and various lighting output according to color and brightness, it can be used for general lighting in various fields such as traffic lights, lighting stands, signs, flashlights and small lamps. It is a prospect.
Such LED devices are being developed and marketed as various lamps for indoor lighting while gradually evolving into higher brightness LED devices. In order to have suitable brightness when used as indoor lighting, a plurality of light emitting diode devices are arranged in a horizontal direction or a high brightness light emitting diode device. It may be used as a single light source by arranging one or a plurality of, in particular, may be further configured to reflect the light reflecting the light in consideration of the range and efficiency to be illuminated.
In order to realize such an LED light source, it is necessary to efficiently dissipate heat generated from the LED, and to arrange and connect a plurality of LEDs efficiently to obtain illumination of desired brightness. In order to solve the problem of dark areas in the light source, it is necessary to make the LED as a point light source.
