상술된 바와 같이 본 발명의 풀림방지 너트는 암나사가 변형되어 그 사이 간격이 줄어듬으로서 나사부와 억지 나사결합되어 더욱 확고하게 결합 고정됨은 물론, 외부의 물 등이 너트의 내부로 침투되는 것을 방지하도록 된 것을 기술적 구서의 특징으로 하여 장시간 사용하여도 안정성을 확보할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다.

내주면에 내측면에서 외측방향으로 형성된 홈을 압착 변형시켜 홈의 폭을 줄임으로써 암나사간의 거리를 줄여 나사결합할 때 억지 나사결합되도록 된 변형홈이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 풀림방지 너트에 있어서,
상기한 변형홈은 너트의 내주면에서 수직상 그 위치가 각각 다르게 형성됨과 아울러, 다수개의 변형홈이 내주면의 중심선을 중심으로 서로 대향되어 엇갈린 지그잭 배열로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 풀림방지 너트
