The present invention relates to a solar energy device for simultaneously applying solar light and solar heat for a multi-unit house, more specifically, a solar power generation device is installed on the exterior wall and / or balcony of each generation, the solar device is Installed on the roof and / or rooftop, the top floor, solar and solar power for apartments where control and plumbing is easy to install and / or maintenance costs for maintenance of apartments by a single solar unit, thereby reducing installation and / or maintenance costs. It relates to a solar energy device that is applied simultaneously.

In general, the solar energy system refers to a system for producing electricity by using heat energy or solar panels required for hot water supply and heating using solar energy as an alternative to fossil energy.

Generally known solar system 5 is divided into a heating system that utilizes solar heat as heating or hot water supply, and a photovoltaic power generation system 6 that converts light radiated from the sun into electrical energy and receives necessary electrical energy.

And, the solar energy system grafted to the single apartment house (4) and / or multi-family housing (multi-family housing) applies the solar system to the vertical wall and / or balcony of the apartment house 4, the solar power system is a roof It is common to install on.

Among them, the solar heating system uses a heat collecting unit for collecting energy from the sun and converting it into heat, a heat storage unit for storing a medium (heating hot water, etc.) to be used where it has heat energy, and a medium stored in the heat storage unit. Or a control unit for controlling the temperature of the water for heating or hot water produced through the use unit and the heat storage unit to be utilized for applications such as hot water supply.

Here, referring to FIG. 1, the solar system 5 is installed close to the wall surface of the multi-family house 4 so that the solar altitude angle is high in summer, so the heat collection performance of the solar system is significantly lowered, so that the summer hot water supply and heating load are reduced. There is no advantage in that it prevents overheating.

In addition, since the winter solar altitude angle is low, the heat collection performance of the winter solar system 5 having a large hot water supply and heating load is large, which may contribute to the efficiency of the annual solar system 5.

However, the solar system is applied to individual households, and in the case of multi-unit houses, the solar system is multiplied by each household, which makes the maintenance complicated by a number of control sensors. There may be a problem with management.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art,
