벌브바디(2)의 내부에 할로겐가스가 충진되고, 벌브바디(2)의 상부에 연결된 배기관(3)의 하단부를 가열하는 제 1 단계와;
배기관(3)의 하단부를 가열하면서 배기관(3)을 상승시켜 절단부위를 인장시켜 절단부위가 가늘어지도록 하는 제 2 단계와;
집게(12)를 이용하여 벌브바디(2)를 잡은 상태에서 버너(15)를 이용하여 배기관(3)의 절단부위를 가열한 후 절단날(20)을 이용하여 절단부위를 컷팅한 후 배기관(3)을 상승시켜 배기관(3)과 벌브바디(2)를 분리시키는 제 3 단계; 로 구성하되,

집게(12)와 버너(15)를 동시에 전진 작동시켜 집게(12)로 벌브바디(2)를 잡아주고, 버너(15)를 이용하여 배기관(3)의 절단부위를 가열하는 단계와;
절단부위를 가열하던 버너(15)가 후퇴함과 동시에 버너(15)의 전방에 마주하도록 위치하고 있던 절단날(20)이 전진 작동하여 배기관(3)의 절단부위를 컷팅하는 단계와;
절단부위 컷팅 후 배기관(3)을 상승시켜 배기관(3)과 벌브바디(2)를 분리하는 단계와;
절단날(20)이 후퇴하여 원위치로 복귀하면서 버너(15)가 다시 전진하여 절단부위를 재가열하여 절단부위에 뾰족한 부분이 없어지도록 마감처리하는 단계; 로 구성하고,
벌브바디(2)를 사이에 두고 벌브홀더부(10)와 절단날(20)이 전후 이동 가능하게 설치되되,
절단날(20)은 전진 작동하여 2개의 날이 교차하면서 배기관(3)을 컷팅할 수 있도록 구성하고,
벌브홀더부(10)는 회전 이송장치의 외곽에 위치하도록 설치되는 것으로, 전후 이송장치에 의해 전후방향으로 구동하는 베이스(11)가 구비되고, 베이스(11)의 선단에 벌브바디(2)를 잡아주기 위한 집게(12)가 설치되며, 베이스(11)의 상단에 베이스(11)로 부터 전,후진이 가능하게 이송체(13)가 결합되고, 이송체(13)의 선단에 연결관(14)에 의해 연결된 상태로 2개의 버너(15)가 서로 마주하도록 설치하여
