Claims (7)
- 통신을 제어하는 통신회로;상기 통신회로에 DC 전원단 및 통신단을 연결하기 위한 터미널단자;상기 통신회로가 마련된 제품의 운전을 위한 신호를 입력하는 신호입력부;상기 신호입력부의 입력신호에 따라 상기 터미널단자와 통신회로를 연결 또는 분리하도록 신호를 출력하는 제어부; 및상기 제어부의 출력신호에 따라 상기 터미널단자와 통신회로를 연결 또는 분리시키는 통신 릴레이;를 포함하고,상기 통신회로에 공급되는 DC 전원은 상기 터미널단자의 DC 전원단을 통해 전원플러그로부터 공급되는 대기전력 절감을 위한 통신장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 신호입력부의 입력신호가 운전정지신호이면 상기 통신 릴레이를 통해 상기 터미널단자와 통신회로를 분리시켜 상기 통신회로에 공급되는 DC 전원을 차단하는 동시에 통신신호를 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기전력 절감을 위한 통신장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 통신 릴레이는 상기 신호입력부의 입력신호가 운전정지신호이면 상기 제어부의 출력신호에 따라 릴레이 접점을 오프시켜 상기 터미널단자와 통신회로를 분 리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기전력 절감을 위한 통신장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 신호입력부의 입력신호가 운전신호이면 상기 통신 릴레이를 통해 상기 터미널단자와 통신회로를 연결시켜 상기 통신회로에 DC 전원을 공급하는 동시에 통신신호를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기전력 절감을 위한 통신장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 통신 릴레이는 상기 신호입력부의 입력신호가 운전신호이면 상기 제어부의 출력신호에 따라 릴레이 접점을 온시켜 상기 터미널단자와 통신회로를 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기전력 절감을 위한 통신장치.
- 통신회로와, 상기 통신회로에 DC 전원단 및 통신단을 연결하기 위한 터미널단자와, 상기 터미널단자와 통신회로를 연결 또는 분리시키는 통신 릴레이를 구비하고, 상기 통신회로에 공급되는 DC 전원은 상기 터미널단자의 DC 전원단을 통해 전원플러그로부터 공급되는 대기전력 절감을 위한 통신방법에 있어서,상기 통신회로가 마련된 제품의 운전 및 운전정지를 위한 신호를 입력하고,입력된 신호가 운전정지신호이면 상기 통신 릴레이를 통해 상기 터미널단자와 통신회로를 분리시켜 상기 통신회로에 공급되는 DC 전원을 차단하는 동시에 통신신호를 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기전력 절감을 위한 통신방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 통신 릴레이는 입력된 신호가 운전정지신호이면 제어부의 제어에 의해 릴레이 접점을 오프시켜 상기 터미널단자와 통신회로를 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기전력 절감을 위한 통신방법.
