Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a flat panel speaker, and more particularly, to a flat speaker that is thin and thin using one bar magnet and a three-dimensional track type voice coil plate.
The speaker includes a voice coil and a diaphragm interposed between the magnets, and generates sound by vibrating the diaphragm by the movement of the voice coil.
In the flat speaker, magnets are arranged at regular intervals on both sides of the flat voice coil and its sides to generate organic electromotive force according to Flaming's left-hand law and Lorentz's principle, forming a frequency according to the voice, and the frequency vibrates the diaphragm Is reproduced.
The voice coil is spirally wound or printed in an elliptical shape on one side or both sides of a plate-shaped coil base to form a voice coil plate.
The vibration plate is attached to the upper end of the voice coil plate in the longitudinal direction, and the vibration plate vibrates according to the movement of the voice coil plate to generate sound.
In addition, the voice coil formed on the voice coil plate is bonded to both terminals of the base frame in which the + and − lead wires form an appearance to form a circuit.
However, the conventional flat speaker (or rectangular speaker) has a form in which a magnet is composed of a pair and a voice coil plate is inserted between the magnetic gaps between the magnets, so that there is a limit in forming a thin flat speaker.
In addition, the conventional voice coil plate is bonded to the diaphragm in an upright state, so that the adhesion area with the diaphragm is small and thus has a limit of vibration energy transfer.
In addition, since the lead wire formed on the voice coil plate is bonded to the base frame, the voice coil plate moves up and down, but the base frame is fixed, and thus, the bonding is often broken.
In addition, when connecting the lead wire of the voice coil plate to the terminal of the base frame in the process, it is usually connected by a soldering method using a silver wire, but this method has a problem of deteriorating the quality of the speaker.
An object of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is to provide a flat speaker having a slim and thin structure by using a single bar magnet and a three-dimensional track type voice coil.
In addition, to reinforce the sound energy transfer of a slim and thin flat speaker, a flat speaker having a structure in which a thin film plate having a damper function is connected between a voice coil and a diaphragm is provided.
In addition, there is an additional object of eliminating the hassle of soldering the lead wire (silver wire) for the electrical connection from the voice coil to the terminal of the base frame to solve the problem of deterioration due to process shortening and lead wire connection.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a flat speaker having a three-dimensional track type voice coil plate, comprising: a diaphragm connected to a base frame by a damper and adhered to a voice coil and vibrated; Located at the bottom of the diaphragm and a thin film metal plate of the thin film; A three-dimensional track type voice coil plate having an oval thin film structure, the upper end of which is bonded to the thin film metal plate, and wherein a magnet is inserted from below and the lower end is inserted between the magnet and the yoke body; And a magnetic body seated at the center of the magnet and formed of a yoke body having a predetermined distance between the magnet and the left and right sides thereof.
