상기 상,하부 커버(21),(31)에 끼움홈(42)과 끼움부(41)로 구성된 단속수단(40)이 구비된 것에 있어서;
상기 상부커버(21)에 형성된 끼움부(41)는 끝단 양측이 돌출된 형상을 갖고 중앙내측 방향으로 안내면(41a)이 형성되고, 상기 끼움부(41)를 용이하게 접혀지면서도 잡아 당겨 풀려지도록 마디선(1) 중앙으로 당김대(22)가 절개되어 형성되며,
