Claims (5)
- 공급수가 담겨져 있으며 혐기성 소화조로부터 이산화탄소 포함 바이오가스를 유입받는 반응조;상기 공급수에 초음파를 가하여 상기 반응조 내부에 수증기를 발생시키며, 상온에서 동작하는 초음파 발생부; 및상기 반응조로 유입되는 상기 공급수를 정화시키기 위한 정화부를 포함하며;상기 반응조 내에 공급되는 정화된 공급수의 표면적 확대를 위한 수증기 발생 온도 조건을 15~20℃로 유지하며;상기 이산화탄소 포함 바이오가스의 이동 경로를 형성하여, 상기 이산화탄소 포함 바이오가스와 상기 수증기의 접촉시간을 증대시키기 위한 격벽이 상기 반응조 내부에 지그재그 형태로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탄가스 고질화 장치.
