탄산칼슘 64.4Wt%, 레몬산 0.6Wt%, 폴리에틸렌 25.5Wt%, 티타늄산에스테르 9.5Wt%를 믹서에서 배합하여 압출로 식품 포장용기를 제조하였으며 한국생활환경시험연구원에 의뢰하여 제품의 유해성분을 시험의뢰하여 도 2의 시험성적서에 나타난 바와 같이, 하기 [표 2]과 같은 결과를 얻었다. Calcium carbonate 64.4Wt%, Lemon acid 0.6Wt%, Polyethylene 25.5Wt%, Titanic acid ester 9.5Wt% are blended in a food packaging container by extrusion and manufactured by the Korea Testing & Research Institute. 건축용 시트, 용기 및 포장박스 등을 제작하기 위한 친환경적인 압출시트에 있어서,
상기 압출시트는 탄산칼슘이 40.0 ~ 79.0 Wt%이며, 레몬산이 0.1% ~ 5.0 Wt%, 합성수지 성분이 20.0 ~ 59.0 Wt%로 배합되어 조성되고,
상기 압출시트의 탄산칼슘과 레몬산은 레몬산의 촉매 역할에 의하여 에스테르화 반응으로 형성되며,
상기 압출시트는 인산에스테르, 티타늄산에스테르 중 하나의 성분이 0.1 ~ 10.0 Wt% 추가로 포함되어 조성되고,
상기 압출시트의 합성수지 성분은 폴리프로필렌이나 폴리에틸렌 중 하나의 성분으로 조성되며,
상기 탄산칼슘은 경질 탄산칼슘으로 이루어지며 평균입경이 1~1000㎛로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경적인 무기물 압출시트.
