Claims (12)
- 0.05~0.1mm의 입자크기를 갖는 야자숯 가루와 팜숯 가루가 7 : 3 중량비로 배합되되, 12 중량부로 이루어지는 제1혼합물과;0.1mm~4mm의 입자크기를 갖는 야자숯 가루와 팜숯 가루가 7 : 3 중량비로 배합되되, 12 중량부의 제1혼합물 대비 15 중량부로 이루어지는 제2혼합물과;4mm~7mm의 입자크기를 갖는 야자숯 가루와 팜숯 가루가 7 : 3 중량비로 배합되되, 12 중량부의 제1혼합물 대비 15 중량부로 이루어지는 제3혼합물과;상기 제1혼합물과 제2혼합물을 결합시키기 위하여 12 중량부의 제1혼합물 대비 3 중량부로 혼합되는 접착제와;순간 점화를 위하여 12 중량부의 제1혼합물 대비 22 중량부로 이루어지는 점화제와;연소시 향기를 제공하기 위하여 12 중량부의 제1혼합물 대비 3 중량부로 이루어지는 방향제;를 혼합하여 이루어지되,상기 접착제는,옥수수 전분, 타피오카 전분 및 벤토나이트 가루가 6 : 3.5 : 0.5의 중량비로 배합되는 것을 특징으로 하며,상기 방향제는,왕겨탄소가루 또는 볏짚탄소가루인 것을 특징으로 하며,상기 제1혼합물, 제2혼합물, 제3혼합물, 접착제, 점화제, 방향제를 혼합한 혼합물을 순간 혼합기로 투입하여 혼합하고 원통형 회전식 믹서기로 유입시킨 후 회전식 수증기 분사기를 통해 350 ℃의 온도, 10Kg/cm2 의 압력을 갖는 수증기를 상기 원통형 회전식 믹서기 내부로 분사하여 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야자숯과 팜숯을 포함한 성형숯.
