메틸 에틸 케톤(Methyl Ethyl Ketone; MEK)을 헝겊에 묻힌 뒤, 도막을 1kg 하중으로 문질러 측정하였다.

4. 연필경도4. Pencil Hardness

실온에서 미츠비시 유니(Mitsubishi Uni) 연필의 연필심을 사포에 90도로 갈아 심을 평평하게 하였다. 도막에 45도 각도로 세워서 500g 하중으로 앞으로 밀어서 총 5회의 실험을 진행하여 도막의 흠집을 확인하였다. 5회중 3회 이상에서 흠집이 발생되면 규격 미달로 판단하였다. 경도 순서(강한 것부터 약한 것 순서): 2H -> H -> F -> HB -> B -> 2B

Claims (7)

(1) 아로마틱, 알리파틱 또는 사이클로 알리파틱 구조를 가지는 다가 알코올과 다가 산을 축합반응시켜 합성된 수산기를 가진 수지로서, 수평균 분자량이 2,500~3,000이고, 수산기가가 45~90인 폴리에스터 수지 40~75 중량%,
(2) 메톡시형 또는 부톡시/메톡시 혼합형 멜라민 수지 경화제 3~20 중량%,
(3) 경화촉진제 0.3~4 중량%,
(4) 폴리아크릴레이트계 표면조정제 1~10 중량%, 및
(5) 용제 10~25 중량%
를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 가전용 프린트 클리어 도료 조성물.
