Abstract
본 발명은, 카 쿨러의 냉동사이클에 짜 넣어 져서 가변용량압축기에 취부되는 용량제어밸브(1)는, 압축기의 조압실과 토출실을 연결한 유로를 개폐하는 밸브체 (12)를 가지며, 압축기의 조압실의 압력 Pc와 흡입실의 압력 Ps와의 사이의 차압 Pd - Ps가 한계치를 넘었을 경우, 밸브체(12)를 열어서 조압실을 토출실과 같은 압력까지 가압한다.

Claims (3)
- 압력을 조정하는 것에 의해 냉매의 압축용량을 변화시키는 조압실과, 냉동사이클의 증발기로부터 보내오는 저온ㆍ저압의 냉매를 받아넣는 흡입실과, 상기 냉동사이클의 응축기로 고온ㆍ고압의 냉매를 보내는 토출실을 갖는 가변용량압축기에 취부되는 용량제어밸브에 있어서,
상기 토출실과 상기 조압실로 서로 통하는 유로에 설치된 개구면적 S1의 변좌와,
상기 변좌의 개구부를 상기 조압실측으로부터 개폐하는 밸브체와,
상기 밸브체를 한쪽 끝에 구비하여 해당 밸브체의 개폐 방향에 따라 이동 가능하도록 연이어 설치된 단면적 S2의 원주형의 가동로드와,
상기 가동로드의 다른 끝으로부터 상기 밸브체의 개폐방향을 따라 연이어 설치된 상기 S2보다 작은 단면적 S3의 차동로드와,
상기 차동로드의 상기 가동로드로부터 떨어진 선단에 상기 개폐방향을 따라 상기 밸브체를 닫는 방향의 누르는 압력을 부여하는 전자 액추에이터(솔레노이드)와,
상기 토출실과 서로 통하고 있는 것과 동시에 상기 가동로드의 다른 끝을 배치한 제1의 압력실과,
상기 흡입실로 서로 통하고 있는 것과 동시에 상기 차동로드의 상기 선단을 배치한 제2의 압력실과,
상기 전자액추에이터가 OFF일 때 상기 밸브체를 열도록 밀어붙이는 가압부재를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량압축기의 용량제어밸브. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 변좌가 S1 > S2 - S3 를 만족하는 상기 개구면적 S1을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량압축기의 용량제어밸브. - 청구항 1의 가변용량압축기의 용량제어밸브를 조립하는 방법에 있어서,
한 끝에, 상기 차동로드, 가동로드, 및 밸브체를 일체로 한 가동체를 꽂아넣기 위한 제1슬롯을 가지고, 다른 끝에 상기 전자 액추에이터(솔레노이드)의 가동철심을 꽂아넣는 제2슬롯을 가지며, 상기 제1슬롯과 서로 통한 상기 제1의 압력실을 뚫어 설치하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 슬롯을 연결하도록 제2의 압력실을 뚫어서 설치한 본체를 준비하는 공정과,
상기 가동철심을 제2슬롯에 꽂아넣는 공정과,
상기 가동철심의 빠짐을 방지하도록 상기 제2슬롯을 막는 공정과,
상기 가동체를, 상기 차동로드, 가동로드, 밸브체의 순으로, 상기 제1슬롯에 꽂아넣어, 상기 차동로드의 단부를 상기 가동철심의 푸시바 선단에 맞닿게 하는 공정과,
상기 밸브체에 대향하여 상기 제1슬롯을 막도록 상기 변좌를 취부하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량압축기의 용량제어밸브를 조립하는 방법.
