- 3.0㎛ 내지 5.0㎛의 평균 입경을 갖는 입자를 구비한 제1군의 형광체; 및상기 제1군의 형광체와 혼합되며, 0.01㎛ 내지 1.0㎛의 평균 입경을 갖는 입자를 구비한 제2군의 형광체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색의 형광체층.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1군의 형광체 및 상기 제2군의 형광체는 BaMgAl10O17:Eu로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 청색의 형광체층.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1군의 형광체와 상기 제2군의 형광체의 혼합 중량비는 4:6 내지 6:4인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색의 형광체층.
