Claims (6)
- 차량용 멤버 제작방법에 있어서,연신율 30%이상, 50% 미만의 페라이트 금속조직으로 이루어지는 보론 강판을 소재로 멤버용 블랭크를 준비하는 단계;상기 블랭크를 튜브 관제로 조관하여 연결부를 레이저빔에 의해 고집적 입열되도록 레이저 용접하는 단계;상기 튜브 관제를 하이드로 포밍 금형 내에서 확관 성형하여 하나의 멤버 성형품으로 제작하는 단계;상기 멤버 성형품을 프레스 열간 성형 금형 내에서 변태점 온도 이상의 고온으로 가열하는 단계;상기 가열된 멤버 성형품을 급속 냉각에 의해 냉각하여 고 강도의 마르텐사이트 금속조직을 갖도록 하는 단계;상기 고 강도의 마르텐사이트 금속조직을 갖는 멤버 성형품을 트림라인 및 홀 가공라인을 따라 레이저 컷팅하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 멤버 제작방법.
