Description

가구 판넬용 시트 몰딩 컴파운드 판넬{SHEET MOLDING COMPOUND PANELS }Sheet Molding Compound Panel for Furniture Panel {SHEET MOLDING COMPOUND PANELS}

The present invention relates to a sheet molding compound for forming a furniture panel, and more particularly, to a sheet molding compound that can be used as a kitchen furniture or a bathroom furniture, making furniture panels more simple, and improving antibacterial flame retardant properties. The present invention also relates to an SMC panel using the above sheet molding compound.

Conventional furniture, especially claim furniture, is used by attaching transfer paper or synthetic resin sheet on the surface of PB, MDF, PW board molded wood and wood chips to have water resistance, but such PB or MDF board It is weak and the bond strength of wood chip particles is degraded for long time use, so that the sheet or transfer paper is peeled off or the particles are separated and broken, and there is a problem that large amount of garbage is generated as well as the economic burden to replace every 5-7 years. , Fungi and insects have inhabited the living environment, causing unsanitary problems. In addition, the panel molded by pressing the particle state has a problem that is vulnerable to the fire because the fire can be rapidly diffused when the fire occurs.

There is a need for sheet molding compositions that can readily mold manufacture of products having good strength and commercially satisfactory processing properties and good physical properties.
