Abstract

PURPOSE: A penetrative liquid waterproofing agent including a silane-based sol gel resin and an acrylic emulsion and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve penetrability and adhesion between a waterproofing layer and a mother body, decrease a ratio of water permeability and absorption, thereby improving durability and water resistance. CONSTITUTION: Using 100.0 parts by weight of acrylic emersion as a standard, a penetrative liquid waterproofing agent comprises a silane-based sol gel resin and an acryl emulsion. The silane-based sol gel resin comprises 30.52~41.65 parts by weight of dipropylene glycol, 20.42~29.87 parts by weight of ethanol, 45.69~61.01 parts by weight of distilled water, 71.36~92.28 parts by weight of epoxy silane, 7.59~9.43 parts by weight of isopropyl titanate, 3.31~4.62 parts by weight of tetraethoxy ortho silane, and 5.08~6.77 parts by weight of methyltrimethoxysilane. The tetraethoxy ortho silane has a flash point of 45 deg.C and a vapor pressure of 2 hpa(20deg.C).
