Claims (9)
- 전해액이 채워지도록 내부 수용공간을 가지는 제독조;상기 제독조 내부의 전해액 속으로 외부 공기를 미세 기포 상태로 공급하는 외기 공급 수단;상기 제독조 내부에서 상기 전해액 속에 잠기며 서로 대향하게 설치되어, 인가된 전압에 의해 상기 외부 공기중에 포함된 화학무기의 독성 작용기를 산화 및 환원 반응을 통해 제독시키는 음극 전극 및 양극 전극;을 포함하고,상기 외기 공급 수단은,상기 제독조 내부로 외기 공급관을 통해 외부 공기를 불어주는 송풍기; 및상기 외기 공급관 단부에 설치되어 상기 외부 공기를 상기 전해액 속에 미세 기포 상태로 공급하는 다공성 필터;를 포함하며,상기 음극 전극과 상기 양극 전극은,상기 제독조의 서로 대향하는 양측에 배치되는 각각의 모 전극; 및서로 이격된 상태로 마주하며 층을 이루도록 상기 각 모전극으로부터 교번하며 연장 형성되는 적어도 한 쌍 이상의 자 전극들;을 포함하는 전기화학적 화학무기 제독 장치.

- 제1항에서,상기 외기 공급관은 적어도 하나 이상으로 이루어지고,상기 외기 공급관의 직경은 1mm 내지 3mm 범위 이내인 것을 포함하는 전기화학적 화학무기 제독 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 다공성 필터는,유리, 석영, 수정, 세라믹 및 고분자물질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 다공성 물질로 이루어지는 전기화학적 화학무기 제독 장치.

- 제1항에서,상기 음극 전극 및 상기 양극 전극은,천연 흑연, 인공 흑연, 유리질 탄소, 금속 또는 합금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질로 이루어지는 전기화학적 화학무기 제독 장치.
- 제6항에서,상기 음극 전극 및 상기 양극 전극은 표면을 덮도록 촉매제가 코팅되고,상기 촉매제는 금속 또는 합금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질로 이루어지는 전기화학적 화학무기 제독 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 전해액은 염 또는 유기물중 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 전기화학적 화학무기 제독 장치.
- 제8항에서,상기 염은 염소, 불소, 요오드, 나트륨, 칼륨, 마그네슘, 리튬, 루비듐, 세슘, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 바륨, 철, 망간, 크롬, 코발트, 니켈, 구리로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질로 이루어는 전기화학적 화학무기 제독 장치.
