- 밀폐된 외부 석영관(9);상기 외부 석영관(9)의 중심에 위치되게 설치된 탄소사 권선 내부관(5); 탄소사 권선 내부관(5)에 나선형으로 감긴 탄소사 필라멘트(8); 상기 탄소사 권선 내부관(5)의 우측 일단에 탄소사 필라멘트(8)와 연결되어 전기적 접속을 위한 압착단자(6); 외부 석영관(9)의 중심에 탄소사 권선 내부관(5)이 지지될 수 있도록 하기 위해 상기 압착단자(6)에 형성된 스프링으로 이루어진 내관 지지대(10); 외부 전원과의 전원 접속을 위해 몰리브덴 리본(3)이 적어도 하나 이상 내부에 형성된 소켓부를 포함한 적외선 전구에 있어서,상기 탄소사 권선 내부관(5)의 내부에 내부전원 절연관(4)를 삽입하고, 한 가닥은 탄소사 권선 내부관(5)의 좌측 일단에 형성된 압착단자(6)에 접속되고, 다른 한 가닥은 상기 내부전원 절연관(4)의 내부 공간을 지나 몰리브덴 리본(3)에 접속된 전기 리드선(7)이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 전구
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 내부전원 절연관(4), 탄소사 권선 내부관(5) 및 외부 석영관(9)은 모두 상기 탄소사 필라멘트(8)로부터 고온의 열에 충분히 견딜 수 있도록 내열성이 강한 3중 석영관으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 전구
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 외부 석영관(9)은 탄소사 필라멘트(8)의 발열량을 조절하기 위해 U자형, 원형, 장원형, 스파이럴형 또는 오메가 형 중에서 어느 하나의 형태를 적용함을 특징으로 하는 적외선 전구
- 제1 항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 적외선 전구를 이용한 가열장치
