Abstract
Description
도 3b는 일렬로 배열된 2개의 터빈 디스크의 밀봉슬롯 사이에서 종래기술에 따른 밀봉밴드와 로킹피스를 장착한 상태의 단면도이다.
도 3c는 일렬로 배열된 2개의 터빈 디스크의 밀봉슬롯 사이에 도 3a에 도시된 밀봉밴드와 로킹피스를 장착한 상태의 정면도이다.
Claims (3)
- 가스터빈 디스크 사이에서 120°간격으로 배치될 길이연장된 띠 형상의 밀봉밴드에 있어서,양단부에 서로 대응하는 형상의 오버랩 부위(10,10')와;그 중앙 부위에 하나 이상의 용접비드(20);를 구비하여,상기 용접비드(20)가 상기 가스터빈 디스크와 밀봉밴드(1) 사이의 열팽창 기준점으로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접비드 방식을 적용한 가스터빈 디스크 밀봉밴드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용접비드(20)는 상기 밀봉밴드의 표면 상에서 3~4mm 의 높이로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접비드 방식을 적용한 가스터빈 디스크 밀봉밴드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용접비드(20)는 하스텔로이(hastelloy) 용접봉으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접비드 방식을 적용한 가스터빈 디스크 밀봉밴드.
