Abstract
본 발명은, 각 구성이 설치될 공간을 제공하며, 유기폐기물의 투입 및 작업수행된 유기폐기물을 배출시키기 위한 도어가 설치된 케이스와; 상기 케이스 내부에서 유기폐기물 투입 및 배출시키는 도어의 사이 공간에 작업챔버가 형성되고, 상기 작업챔버에 설치되어 작업챔버 내로 유기폐기물이 투입되면 상기 유기폐기물을 분쇄시키며 건조과정을 수행하도록 작업수행부와; 상기 케이스 내부에서 작업챔버의 일측면에 별도로 구분된 공간을 갖는 가열챔버를 형성하고, 상기 가열챔버에 설치되어 가열챔버 내부로 마이크로 웨이브를 방출함에 의해 작업수행부의 내부가 간접 가열되도록 하는 발열부;를 포함하여 구성된다.

Claims (5)
- 각 구성이 설치될 공간을 제공하며, 유기폐기물의 투입 및 작업수행된 유기폐기물을 배출시키기 위한 도어(11)가 설치된 케이스(10)와;
상기 케이스(10) 내부에서 유기폐기물 투입 및 배출시키는 도어(11)의 사이 공간에 작업챔버(21)가 형성되고, 상기 작업챔버(21)에 설치되어 작업챔버(21) 내로 유기폐기물이 투입되면 상기 유기폐기물을 분쇄시키며 건조과정을 수행하도록 작업수행부(20)와;
상기 케이스(10) 내부에서 작업챔버(21)의 일측면에 별도로 구분된 공간을 갖는 가열챔버(31)를 형성하고, 상기 가열챔버(31)에 설치되어 가열챔버(31) 내부로 마이크로 웨이브를 방출함에 의해 작업수행부(20)의 내부가 간접 가열되도록 하는 발열부(30);를 포함하되
상기 작업수행부(20)는, 작업챔버(21)에 투입된 유기폐기물을 분쇄하며 교반시키기 위해 상기 작업챔버(21)의 양단이 지지되어 회전중심이 되는 축(22a)과 상기 축(22a)의 외주면에 방사상으로 다수개의 교반날(22b)이 90도 각도마다 장착되어 작업챔버 내부에서 회전가능하게 설치된 교반날개(22)와;
상기 작업챔버(21)의 외부에 설치되고 교반날개(22)와 동력전달 가능하게 연결되어 상기 교반날개(22)에 회전동력을 제공하는 구동유닛(23)과;
상기 작업챔버(21)의 내부 공간과 케이스(10)의 외부공간에 걸쳐 형성되어 유기폐기물이 분쇄되며 건조될 때 발생되는 가스를 탈취기(27)를 통해 외부로 배출시키는 배기부(24);를 포함하고,
상기 발열부(30)는, 가열챔버(31)의 내부에서 작업챔버(21)의 벽면에 장착되며, 마이크로 웨이브에 의해 발열되어 작업챔버(21)를 가열시킴에 의해 유해폐기물이 작업될 공간을 가열하는 발열체(32)와;
상기 케이스(10)의 내부에 설치되고, 마이크로 웨이브를 방출시키는 방출지점이 가열챔버(31)의 내부와 연통되도록 설치된 마그네트론(33);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물 건조 처리장치.
