도 1은 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 의한 일 실시예에 따른 폐기물 처리 시스템의 블록도이다.

Claims (22)
- 반입된 일반 폐기물을 열분해하여 열분해 가스 및 열분해 고형물을 배출하는 열분해로;
상기 열분해 고형물을 용융하여 용융 배가스 및 슬래그를 배출하는 용융로; 및
대기보다 낮은 압력에서, 반입된 석면 폐기물을 파쇄하고 첨가제를 혼합하며 펠릿화하여 배출하는 석면 폐기물 전처리 장치를 구비하고,
상기 용융로는,
상기 열분해 고형물 중 차(char)와 보조연료를 연료로 하여 상기 펠릿화된 석면 폐기물을 용융하여 상기 용융 배가스 및 상기 슬래그를 배출하고,
상기 첨가제는,
상기 용융로에서 상기 펠릿화된 석면 폐기물이 용융될 수 있도록 하는 알칼리(alkali)계의 첨가제 또는 실리카(silica)계의 첨가제이며,
상기 일반 폐기물은 상기 석면 폐기물을 제외한 모든 폐기물을 포함하고, 상기 석면 폐기물은 비산 석면을 포함하는 폐기물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 처리 시스템. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 석면 폐기물 전처리 장치는,
상기 대기보다 낮은 압력에서 상기 석면 폐기물을 파쇄하는 파쇄부; 및
상기 대기보다 낮은 압력에서 상기 파쇄된 석면 폐기물을 펠릿화하는 펠릿화부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 처리 시스템. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 석면 폐기물 전처리 장치는,
상기 대기보다 낮은 압력에서 상기 펠릿화된 석면을 저장하는 저장부를 더 구비하고,
상기 펠릿화부 또는 저장부는,
상기 파쇄된 석면 폐기물 또는 상기 펠릿화된 석면 폐기물에 첨가제를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 처리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폐기물 처리 시스템은,
상기 용융로에 산소를 공급하는 산소 공급부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 처리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용융로는,
1300℃에서 1600℃의 사이의 온도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 처리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폐기물 처리 시스템은,
상기 석면 폐기물 전처리 장치가 상기 대기보다 낮은 압력에서 동작하도록 상기 대기보다 낮은 압력을 만들어주는 집진장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 처리 시스템. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열분해로는,
상기 용융 배가스를 이용하여 상기 반입된 일반 폐기물을 열분해하여 상기 열분해 가스 및 상기 열분해 고형물을 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 처리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폐기물 처리 시스템은,
상기 열분해 고형물 중 금속을 선별하여 상기 금속을 제외한 열분해 고형물을 상기 용융로로 전달하는 자력 선별기;
상기 용융로에서 배출되는 용융 배가스의 온도를 조절하여 상기 열분해로로 전달하는 제 1 열교환기;
상기 열분해로에서 배출되는 열분해 가스를 연소하여 연소가스를 배출하는 연소실;
상기 연소가스를 이용하여 열을 발생시키고 상기 연소가스의 온도를 조절하여 배출하는 제 2 열교환기; 및
상기 제 2 열교환기에서 배출된 가스의 유해물질을 제거하여 배출하는 후처리부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 처리 시스템. - 삭제
