Claims (21)
- 글루타메이트, 글리신 및 시스테인을 포함하는 다시마 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 백내장 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 글루타메이트, 글리신 및 시스테인은 안구 내에서 글루타티온을 형성하고 글루타티온 퍼록시다제의 안구 내 농도를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다시마 추출물은 마그네슘을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 경구용 또는 비경구용인 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 주사제인 경우에 상기 주사제의 투여량은 10∼200mg/kg bwt인 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다시마 추출물은 열수추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1항, 제3항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 다시마 추출물은 추출 후 철 이온 성분이 제거된 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 다시마 추출물은 이온교환수지를 이용하여 철 이온 성분이 제거된 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 글루타메이트, 글리신 및 시스테인을 포함하는 다시마 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 백내장 예방 및 개선용 식품 조성물.

- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 글루타메이트, 글리신 및 시스테인은 수정체 내에서 글루타티온을 형성하고 글루타티온 퍼록시다제의 수정체 내 농도를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 개선용 식품 조성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 다시마 추출물은 마그네슘을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 개선용 식품 조성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 다시마 추출물은 열수추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 개선용 식품 조성물.
- 제 10항, 제12항 내지 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 다시마 추출물은 이온교환수지를 이용하여 철 이온 성분이 제거된 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 개선용 식품 조성물.
- (a) 물, 메탄올, 에탄올, 부탄올, 아세톤, 헥산, 클로로포름, 디클로로메탄, 에틸아세테이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 추출용매를 이용하여 다시마를 추출하는 추출물 제조단계; 및(b) 상기 추출물 제조단계에서 얻어진 추출물에 이온 교환 수지를 이용하여 철 이온 성분을 제거하는 철이온 제거단계;를 포함하는 글루타메이트, 글리신 및 시스테인을 포함하는 다시마 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 백내장 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 추출용매는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계 이후에, 마그네슘을 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백내장 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물의 제조방법.
