Claims (3)
- 규칙적으로 이동되는 길이기준물(21)과, 상기 길이 기준물의 영상을 현미경을 통해 촬영하는 마이크로 입자 영상 유속계(micro-PIV; 60)와, 상기 마이크로 입자 영상 유속계에 의해 획득한 영상과 길이기준물의 정보를 대비 분석하여 불확도성분을 산출 및 교정하는 장치에 있어서,
상기 길이기준물(21)은 모터에 의해 고속회전이 가능한 회전판(20)에 형성되어 속도벡터 교정과 고속에서의 측정이 가능하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 입자 영상 유속계 교정장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 길이기준물(21)은 회전판에 형성된 원형 또는 다각형의 마이크로 도트임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 입자 영상 유속계 교정장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 길이기준물(21)은 회전판의 중심으로부터 방사상으로 다수 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 입자 영상 유속계 교정장치.
