Abstract

본 고안은 컵라면 용기의 뚜껑 안쪽면을 이용한 광고에 관한 것이다. 본 고안의 컵라면 용기구성은 뚜껑과 용기몸체로 구성되어 있으며, 뚜껑바깥면과 용기몸체, 케이스의 바깥면에 일반광고부가 형성되어 있다. 본 고안에 의해, 뚜껑 안쪽면을 이용하여 인쇄된 형태로 다양한 정보가 소비자에게 제공되며, 광고내용 안내문을 통해 뚜껑의 개봉전에 미리 내용을 안내 받을수 있다. 이로써 컵라면 판매회사의 자사광고 및 타사광고를 포함하여 글씨, 그림, 사진 따위의 다양한 광고가 이루어 질 수 있는 것이다.

컵라면 용기의 뚜껑 안쪽면을 이용한 광고{ADVERTISING BY USING INSIDE COVER OF CUP-RAMYEON VESSEL}
본 고안은 컵라면 용기 뚜껑 안쪽면을 이용한 광고에 관한 것으로서, 뚜껑 안쪽면에 인쇄된 형태로 정보를 제공하여 광고효과를 창출하는것에 관한 것이다.
본 고안에 대한 효과는, 컵라면을 섭취하는 동안 뚜껑안쪽에 제공된 정보를 읽거나 보게 됨으로써 특정한 목적의 광고효과를 달성함에 있다. 또한 영어단어,숙어,수학공식,한자등의 학습자료를 통한 교육효과와 특정 종교의 주요한 이슈를 전달하는 정보효과도 있으며 캠페인 광고를 통한 공익적인 효과, 그림,사진,만화등 다양한 매체의 인쇄 정보를 통한 소비자의 욕구만족과 정보기대부응 효과가 있다
본 고안의 실시를 위한 구체적인 내용은, 컵라면 뚜껑안쪽면(15)에 광고내용(16)을 인쇄하여 정보를 제공하고 광고내용안내문(14a,14b,14c)을 통해 컵라면 개봉전에 광고내용을 사전에 안내하도록 되어있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 통상의 컵라면 용기에 있어서, 컵라면용기(10)에 뚜껑(10a)과 용기몸체(10b) 가 형성되어 있고, 뚜껑접착면(11a)과 용기몸체접착면(11b)이 있으며, 뚜껑바깥면(13)과 뚜껑안쪽면(15)이 있으되, 뚜껑안쪽면(15)을 이용하여 광고내용(16)을 표시하여 정보를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고방법.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    뚜껑안쪽면(15)의 광고내용(16)을 뚜껑(10a) 개봉전에 안내하기 위하여 뚜껑바깥면(13)의 광고내용안내문(14a)과 일반광고부(12)의 광고내용안내문(14b)과 케이스(20)의 바깥면에 광고내용안내문(14c)이 추가되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광고방법.
