Claims (8)
- a) 파라아라미드, 탄소섬유, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리아릴레이트, 피비오(PBO), 유리섬유 중에서 선택된 수지로 만든 섬유직물을 에폭시에 함침시켜 보강섬유판 본체를 제조하는 단계;b) 세척되고 건조된 알갱이 형태의 규사, 유리, 철광석, 석탄, 시멘트, 모래, 돌 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상이 혼합된 광물질을 접착제를 이용하여 상기 보강섬유판 본체의 어느 일측면에 균일한 두께로 부착한 후 건조하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강섬유판 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 보강대상이 되는 표면과 동일하게 보일 수 있도록 하고 또는 장식용으로 보일 수 있도록 상기 광물질의 표면에 도료를 인쇄하는 단계; 를 추가 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강섬유판 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, b)단계의 접착제는 에폭시이고, 상기 에폭시를 보강섬유판 본체 일측면에 0.1∼0.3㎜ 두께로 균일하게 도포하고 5∼20분 후 상기 에폭시에 광물질을 균일한 두께로 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강섬유판 제조방법.
- 삭제
- a) 보강대상이 되는 구조물 표면에 이물질을 제거하여 매끈하게 처리하는 단계;b) 광물질이 도포되지 않은 보강섬유판 본체 일측면 또는 보강대상이 되는 구조물 표면에 접착제를 도포하는 단계;c) 상기 보강섬유판 본체를 보강대상이 되는 구조물 표면에 부착하는 단계;d) 세척되고 건조된 알갱이 형태의 규사, 유리, 철광석, 석탄, 시멘트, 모래, 돌 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상이 혼합된 광물질을 접착제를 이용하여 상기 보강섬유판 본체의 표면에 균일한 두께로 부착한 후 건조하는 단계; 및e) 상기 광물질이 부착된 보강섬유 본체의 표면에 모르타르를 시공하여 표면을 매근하게 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 보강섬유판 시공방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, e)단계에서 상기 모르타르는 5∼50㎜ 두께로 시공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강섬유판 시공방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, a)단계에서 보강대상이 되는 표면에 홈이 형성되어 고르지 못할 경우 상기 홈을 채운 후 이물질을 제거하여 표면을 매끈하게 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강섬유판 시공방법.
