Claims (3)
- 기본 신호를 증폭하는 메인 앰프, 피크 신호를 증폭하는 피킹 앰프, 메인 앰프 패스 게인(Main amp path gain)과 피킹 앰프 패스 게인(peaking amp path gain)이 동일하게 되도록 양 패스(path)의 게인(gain)의 차를 조절하는 90°비등가 분배기, 메인 앰프의 출력 부하를 쇼트(0)로 유도하는 제1 오프셋 라인, 피킹 앰프의 출력 부하를 쇼트(0)로 유도하는 제2 오프셋 라인을 포함하여 이루어진 바이어스 혼합 전력 증폭 장치에 있어서,RF 측정 시스템을 그대로 이용하면서 상기 피킹 앰프의 출력 부하를 쇼트(0)로 유도하는 제2 오프셋라인에 연결된, 특성임피던스(Zp)가 50Ω 대신에 제1 λ/4 트랜스포머가 포함되어 이루어지고,상기 제1 λ/4 트랜스포머의 특성임피던스(Zp)는하기의 수학식 5로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 바이어스 혼합 전력 증폭 장치.여기서, Zo는 비대칭 도허티 증폭기의 특성임피던스, Rpeak = (Zm·Rmain)/(γRmain - Zm), Rmain = (Zm·Rpeak)/(γRpeak - Zm), Zm은 메인 앰프의 특성임피던스, γ는 메인 앰프와 피킹 앰프의 파워 합계를 메인 앰프의 피크 값으로 나눈 값.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 오프셋 라인과 상기 제1 λ/4 트랜스포머에 연결되어 RL(RL = Rmain∥Rpe ak, 또는 RL = Zm/γ, Zm은 메인 앰프의 특성임피던스, γ는 메인 앰프와 피킹 앰프의 파워 합계를 메인 앰프의 피크 값으로 나눈 값)을 50Ω 시스템으로 변환하는 제2 λ/4 트랜스포머를 더 포함하여 이루어진 바이어스 혼합 전력 증폭 장치.
