- 불포화 폴리에스테르수지 40~50중량%, 규사 40~50중량%, 애타풀자이트(Attapulgite) 2~5중량%, 가라마이트 (Garamite) 0.1~0.5중량%, 아크릴로니트릴(Acrylonitrile), 염화메틸렌(Methllene Chloride), 메틸메타크릴레이트(Methylmethacrylate)로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 유동성증가제 2~5중량%, 디메틸 파라툴루이딘(N.N-Dimethyl-P-Toluidine) 경화촉진제 0.01~0.03중량%, 산화아연(Zinc Oxide) 안료 0.1~0.3중량%, 침강방지제 0.02~0.08중량%를 포함하여 구성되는 주제;와 벤조일퍼옥사이드(Benzoyl peroxide) 경화제 50~70중량%, 디옥틸프탈레이트(Dioctyl phthalate), 에틸렌글리콜(Ethylene Glycol)로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 희석제 30~50중량%로 이루어지는 경화제로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝션 타입 속경화 케미컬 앵커 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지는 스티렌 모노머 함량 30~45중량%, 점도 0.5~10 Poise(25℃)인 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝션 타입 속경화 케미컬 앵커 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 규사는 입도 80~100 mesh 및 입도 120~150 mesh를 중량비 1:1로 혼합사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝션 타입 속경화 케미컬 앵커 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인젝션 타입 속경화 케미컬 앵커 조성물은 경화제의 상기 벤조일퍼옥사이드와 주제의 상기 디메틸 파라툴루이딘이 산화환원 촉매시스템을 형성하여 경화를 촉진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝션 타입 속경화 케미컬 앵커 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주제와 경화제는 중량비로 주제:경화제=1.0 : 0.001~0.2로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝션 타입 속경화 케미컬 앵커 조성물
