Claims (3)
- 외부로부터 물을 공급받는 하부수집통과;상기 하부수집통으로부터 물을 공급받아 상부로 이송시키면서 가열하는 외부수관부와;상기 외부수관부의 상부로 이동된 고온의 물과 증기를 공급받는 상부수집통과;상기 상부수집통으로부터 고온의 물과 증기를 공급받아 각각 고온의 물과 증기로 분리하는 기수분리기와;상기 외부수관부의 내부에 위치하면서 상기 기수분리기로부터 분리된 증기를 공급받아 상부로 이송시키면서 가열하는 내부수관부와;상기 내부수관부를 따라 상부로 이동된 가열된 증기를 공급받는 증기수집통을 포함하며,상기 기수분리기에서 분리된 물은 상기 하부수집통으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액분리기를 구비한 발전소용 보일러 노.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부수관부는 상기 하부수집통과 기수분리기로부터 물을 공급받는 제1하부헤드와, 다수의 수관으로 형성되며 상기 제1하부헤드로 유입된 물을 공급받아 다수의 수관을 따라 상부로 이동시면서 가열하는 외부수관벽과 상기 외부수관벽의 상부로 이동된 물을 모아서 상기 상부수집통으로 제공하는 제1상부헤드를 포함하고,상기 내부수관부는 상기 기수분리기로부터 증기를 공급받는 제2하부헤드와, 다수의 수관으로 형성되며 상기 제2하부헤드로 유입된 증기를 상부로 이송시키면서 가열하는 내부수관벽과, 상기 내부수관벽을 따라 상부로 이동된 증기를 수합하고 증기수집통으로 공급하는 제2상부헤드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액분리기를 구비한 발전소용 보일러 노.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외부수관벽은 아래쪽에서 중앙부위까지 더 넓어지는 형상으로 이루어지고, 중앙부위(M)에서 상부쪽까지 직경이 좁아지다가 다시 넓어지는 형상으로 이루어지며,상기 내부수관벽은 아래쪽에서 중앙부위까지 외부수관벽을 기준으로 아래쪽의 직경이 점점 좁아지다가 넓어지는 형상이고 중앙부위(M)에서 상부쪽까지 직경이 좁아지다가 다시 넓어지는 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기액분리기를 구비한 발전소용 보일러 노.
