Claims (28)
- 전송 할당을 스케쥴링하기 위한 방법에 있어서,무선 송수신 유닛 (WTRU; Wireless Transmit Receive Unit)로부터 제어 정보를 수신하고;적어도 상기 제어 정보에 기초하여 상기 WTRU에 대한 비지속성 승인 할당(non-persistent grant allocation)을 결정하는 것을 포함하고,상기 비지속성 승인 할당은 승인 한계를 포함하며, 상기 승인 한계는 미리정의된 갯수의 MAC-e 패킷 데이터 유닛들의 전송인 것인, 전송 할당 스케쥴링 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 정보는 스케쥴링 정보를 포함하는 것인, 전송 할당 스케쥴링 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스케쥴링시에 상기 WTRU에 채널 품질 표시자 CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) 정보를 전송하는 것을 더 포함하는, 전송 할당 스케쥴링 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 채널 품질 표시자 CQI 정보를 전송하기 위한 물리적 채널을 정의하는 것을 더 포함하고, 상기 물리적 채널은 강화된 액세스 승인 채널 E-AGCH( Enahnced Access Grant Channel)인 것인, 전송 할당 스케쥴링 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 정의하는 것은 상기 E-AGCH의 비트들을 CQI 정보로 대체하는 것을 포함하는 것인, 전송 할당 스케쥴링 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 다섯(5)개 비트가 대체되는 것인, 전송 할당 스케쥴링 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 E-AGCH의 나머지 비트는 상기 비지속성 승인 할당을 시그널링하는데 이용되는 것인, 전송 할당 스케쥴링 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어 정보를 수신하기에 앞서 상기 WTRU로부터 신호를 수신하는 것을 더 포함하는, 전송 할당 스케쥴링 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 신호는 이전(previous) 데이터 전송인 것인, 전송 할당 스케쥴링 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 신호는 정의된 전력 오프셋에서 수신되는 특별한 신호인 것인, 전송 할당 스케쥴링 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 신호는 상기 WTRU에 버퍼링된 데이터량에 관한 정보를 포함하는 것인, 전송 할당 스케쥴링 방법.
- 전송 할당을 스케쥴링하기 위한 노드 B에 있어서,무선 송수신 유닛 WTRU로부터 제어 정보를 수신하기 위한 수신기와;적어도 상기 제어 정보에 기초하여 상기 WTRU에 대한 비지속성 승인 할당을 결정하기 위한 프로세서를 포함하고,상기 비지속성 승인 할당은 승인 한계를 포함하며, 상기 승인 한계는 미리정의된 갯수의 MAC-e 패킷 데이터 유닛들의 전송인 것인, 노드 B.
