Claims (3)
- 마스터기어와 모니터기어 간의 검사를 위한 검사회전수를 설정하는 단계(S10)와;상기 마스터기어와 상기 모니터기어가 최초 맞물렸을 때의 마스터기어의 이가 상기 설정된 검사회전수만큼 회전 시 정수배로 회전할 때마다 생성되는 마스터기어-모니터기어의 축간 길이변위정보를 수집하는 단계(S20)와;상기 수집된 검사회전수 만큼의 마스터기어-모니터기어의 축간 길이변위정보들 중 취합된 이종의 기어 치형데이터를 분리하는데 사용되는 값인 제1차 추출값(MZ 1)을 선정하여 저장하는 단계(S30)와;상기 마스터기어와 상기 모니터기어가 최초 맞물렸을 때의 마스터기어의 다음번째 이부터 상기 마스터기어의 마지막 이까지 순차적으로 상기 S20단계 및 상기 S30단계를 수행하여 상기 마스터기어의 나머지 모든 이의 추출값(MZ 2 ∼ MZ n)들을 선정하여 저장하는 단계(S40)와;저장된 상기 제1차 추출값(MZ 1)부터 상기 제n차 추출값(MZ n)들을 이용하여 상기 마스터기어에 구비된 이들의 편차값(Q 1 ∼ Q n)들을 구하는 단계(S50)와;상기 마스터기어에 구비된 첫 번째 이의 3차원 실측정값인 마스터기어의 첫 번째 이의 실측정 OBD값(P 1)을 측정하는 단계(S60)와;측정된 상기 마스터기어의 첫 번째 이의 실측정 OBD값(P 1)을 획득한 상기 마스터기어의 첫 번째 이의 편차값(Q 1)에 합산하여 마스터기어의 첫 번째 이의 순OBD 값을 구하고, 그 구해진 마스터기어의 첫 번째 이의 순OBD 값을 두 번째 편차값(Q 2)에 합산하여 마스터기어의 두 번째 이의 순OBD 값을 구하며, 이를 반복하여 마스터기어의 n 번째 이의 순OBD 값까지 순차적으로 도출하는 단계(S70)와;상기 마스터기어와 실제 측정하고자 하는 워크기어를 회전하여 마스터기어-워크기어의 축간 길이변위정보들을 수집하는 단계(S80)와;상기 마스터기어-워크기어의 축간 길이변위정보들과 상기 마스터기어의 순OBD 값들을 상호 동일한 이끼리 대응하여 제함으로써 워크기어의 순OBD 값들을 분리획득하는 단계(S90);로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 취합된 이종의 기어 치형데이터 분리방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 마스터기어에 구비된 각 이의 추출값(MZ 1 ∼ MZ n)은 수집된 검사회전수 만큼의 마스터기어-모니터기어의 축간 길이변위정보들 중 의 최대값, 최소값 또 는 평균값 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 취합된 이종의 기어 치형데이터 분리방법.
