Claims (2)
- RFID 데이터를 판독하는 RFID 리더(10)와, 장치에 부착되어 고유의 식별부호를 갖는 RFID 태그(tag)(30)와, RFID 리더(10)와 RFID 태그(tag)(30)측의 신호를 송수신하여 전달하는 안테나(20), 및 이 송수신되는 데이터를 받아 처리하는 서버(Server)를 구비하는 반도체 장치에 이용되는 밸브의 RFID 감지구조에 있어서,밸브가 개방(Open)되는 내측에 부착되어, 그 외부로 신호의 진행을 제한하고, 상기 서버에 밸브가 개방되어 있는 상태임을 통지하는 RFID 1 태그와;밸브가 닫혀(Closed)있는 측에 부착되어, 그 외부로 신호의 진행을 제한하고, 상기 서버에 밸브가 닫혀있는 상태임을 통지하는 RFID 2 태그와;상기 RFID 1 태그와 RFID 2 태그의 사이에 부착되어, 상호간 신호의 전달을 차단하며, 밸브가 개방되거나 닫히는 상태를 분리하여 서버(Server)측에 전달하도록 부착설치되어 전자파 차페기능을 갖는 차폐제(Masking Agent) 부재;를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프아이디를 이용한 밸브개폐 감지구조.
