교반탱크(2)의 상단에 물공급을 위한 급수관(3)이 연결 설치된 염수 제조장치(1)에 있어서,
상기 급수관(3)의 관로에 외부로 연결 설치되어 급수관(3)을 통과하는 유량을 측정하면서 설정량의 물이 정확하게 통과하면 상기 교반탱크(2)로 공급하는 물공급을 자동으로 중단시키는 유량센서(10)와;
상기 교반탱크(2)의 내, 외부를 관통하여 교반탱크(2)의 내면에 인접하도록 설치된 수위센서(20)와;
상기 수위센서(20)의 측면을 감싼 상태로 양단부가 교반탱크(2)의 내면에 일체로 부착되고, 하측에 하부 개방된 통수로(35)가 형성된 방파대(30)로 이루어지는 한편;
상기 방파대(30)는 수위센서(20)를 내부의 수용공간(33)에 수용한 상태로 감싸도록 ㄱ형 단면형상 또는 원형 단면형상의 몸체(31)(31a)로 구성되고, 상기 몸체(31)(31a)의 양단에는 교반탱크(2)의 내면에 부착되는 장착판(32)이 일체로 절곡 형성되며, 상기 방파대(30)에는 염수의 교반작업시 교반탱크(2) 내에서 발생하는 회전수류가 부딪치면서 물살에 충격을 가하여 염수의 교반력을 향상시키고;
상기 수위센서(20)는 상하 다른 높이별로 다수 개가 설치되고, 상기 다수 개의 수위센서(20)는 각각 달리 설정된 레벨수위를 측정하여 물공급을 자동으로 중단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표준농도를 유지하는 고품질 염수 제조장치.
