Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an artificial eyelash and a device for manufacturing the same, which are adhered to the eyelash base of the eyelid as a convenient eye cosmetic tool used to sharpen the eyelid, and more particularly, similar to the pieces of the similar eyelid glued to the eyelash base of the eyelid. Since the eyelashes are formed together in a single body, the quality is uniform, durable and can be mass produced at a lower cost and excellent productivity, and relates to an artificial eyelash and its manufacturing apparatus.
Conventional false eyelashes are made by placing a plurality of fibrous eyelashes on a similar piece of eyelid made of thin linear material, and attaching one end of the fibrous similar eyelashes to a piece of similar eyelid made of the linear material. It is fixed, but not only has the drawback that the similar eyelashes are easy to fall out of the similar eyelid pieces even when glued together because of the thinning of the linear similar eyelids and the similar eyelashes, that is, the less surface to be glued. The manual manufacturing process was done one by one, temporary eyelashes were fixed with tape, and then glued together, making the manufacturing process almost entirely dependent on manual labor. There were disadvantages such as low.
In addition, the conventional eyelash manufacturing apparatus disclosed in the Republic of Korea Utility Model No. 0437862, the worker knots the unit hair (similar eyelashes) by hand one by one hanging on the wire, hanging on the wire through a moving member reciprocating in the horizontal direction Repeatedly moving the knots of the unit hairs to the work position one by one, keeping the spacing between the unit hairs uniform at equal intervals, and then manually taping the unit hairs collected at the work position or breaking the wire partially. Since it is necessary to complete the eyelashes through post-work, which is required, it is still inevitably to rely heavily on manual work, and there is a disadvantage that it cannot be mass-produced quickly at low cost.
It is an object of the present invention to form a similar eyelid piece and a similar eyelash that are glued to the eyelids of the eyelids together as a single body, so that similar eyelashes are listed on the similar eyelid pieces without uniform bonding and similar eyelashes are used in the similar eyelid pieces. There is no fear of dropping out, it is excellent in durability, and aims at providing automation for manufacturing false eyelashes and its manufacturing apparatus that can be mass-produced at a lower cost and superior productivity.
The present invention relates to a false eyelash, wherein a linear pseudo-eyelid piece is composed of a branch knitted into warp-chain chain tissue, and an insertion yarn for wrapping the branch, wherein the similar eyelashes are wrapped in the branch and bound with the insert yarn. It is characterized in that the similar eyelid pieces and similar eyelashes are formed together in a single body.
In addition, the branch and the insertion yarn according to the invention is characterized in that the synthetic fiber yarn selected from synthetic fiber yarn or transparent synthetic fiber yarn having the same color as the skin color of the user.
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing artificial eyelashes, comprising a latch needle for horizontal reciprocating forward and backward movements, a guide for moving up, down, left and right, a pile guide, an insertion yarn, and the latch needle. It is characterized in that the sinker to move up and down relative to the
Artificial eyelashes according to the present invention is a branch of the clavicle tissue having a dense gap forming a similar eyelid piece and the cut piles forming a similar eyelash are wrapped with the branch and is bound with an insert yarn wrapped in a zigzag form on the branched tissue of the branch. There is no risk of dropping similar eyelashes compared to conventional false eyelashes adhered to similar eyelashes with similar eyelid pieces, and the quality is uniform, durable and can reduce manufacturing costs.
In addition, since the branches and the inserts forming the similar eyelids attached to the eyelashes of the eyelids are made of synthetic fiber yarns that are the same as or transparent to the user's skin color, so that others do not know that the similar eyelashes are attached to each other, thereby exerting an excellent eye makeup effect.
In addition, the artificial eyelash manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention has an effect that can mass-produce a semi-finished product for artificial eyelashes quickly at a lower cost and excellent productivity.

In addition, in order to prevent others from recognizing that the artificial eyelashes are attached in the present invention, the
Conventional warp knitting machines, such as a ratchet knitting machine, cannot form letters with tight spacing between the clavicle loops in the warp knitting tissue, and thus can produce false eyelashes in which multiple strands of similar eyelashes must be densely arranged with respect to the similar eyelid pieces. There was no.
Therefore, the apparatus for manufacturing false eyelashes according to the present invention includes a sinker capable of densely reshaping the gap between the clavicle chain loops in the warp clavicle tissue.
