Description
The present invention relates to an electrophoretic electro-osmotic dehydrator, and more particularly to an electrophoretic electro-osmotic dehydrator capable of smooth injection and treatment of sludge.
In general, an electroosmotic dehydrator is a device in which a DC power is applied to form an electric field for electrophoretically removing water combined with sludge, and dewatering the sludge by the voltage difference.
These electrophoretic electropenetrating dehydrators are 'electric penetrating dehydrator (application number: 10-2004-7759)', 'phase controlled electric dehydrator (application number: 10-2005-9928)', 'electric penetrating dehydrator (application number: 10- 2007-46494), 'Phase Controlled Electrophoretic Electrophoresis Dehydrator Using Three-Phase Alternating Current Power (Application No .: 10-2008-44901)', and the drum of an electrophoretic electrophoretic electrophoresis dehydrator improved by the applicant of the present invention. Device (application number: 10-2010-135183), washing device for electrophoretic electro-osmotic dehydrator (application number: 10-2010-135185), and digital control circuit of phase-controlled electrophoretic electro-osmotic dehydrator using three-phase alternating current And a system (application number: 10-2010-135188) and the like, the structure is largely provided with a drum, a drum and a predetermined space portion to which an anode (+) or a cathode (-) is applied, and a cathode in its entirety. Caterpillar or drum with (-) or positive (+) applied It is composed of a caterpillar between the wound filter fabric belts for transport and dewatering of the sludge.
In the conventional electrofiltration dehydrator, a constant pure DC voltage is applied between the drum and the caterpillar to form an electric field, and water around the liquid sludge particles charged in the electric field is charged by the sludge particles by electrophoresis and capillary action. Moisture is separated and removed by moving to the opposite electrode side.
That is, since the sludge particles have a negative surface charge, when an electric field is formed in the sludge, the sludge particles move to the (+) pole, and the moisture in the sludge particle layer moves to the (-) pole to promote dehydration.
Such a conventional electro-osmotic dehydrator has a problem that when the sludge is injected, the input portion is narrow so that the sludge is not injected well and overflows around the input portion. For this reason, there is a problem that the equipment is contaminated and the sludge throughput is remarkably insufficient.
One of the reasons why sludge is not added well is the high water content of the injected sludge. That is, the appropriate water content is 83% or less, the sludge injected is generally 85 ㅁ 1%. Another reason is that the sludge is too fine to enter the feed section.
Conventional electropenetrating dehydrator for solving the above-mentioned problem, in order to solve the first reason, a polymer is introduced into the sludge. When polymer is added to the sludge, the moisture content is lowered to an appropriate level. However, there is a problem that the cost increases because the polymer is expensive.
Another conventional electroosmotic dehydrator for solving the above-mentioned problem is to provide an O-ring on the drum outer surface to solve the second reason, that is, to secure the sludge input space. However, the O-ring causes the filter cloth to be damaged due to a poor meandering operation, and the equipment is damaged in a few minutes, thereby causing the sludge to overflow. The state of the conventional electroosmotic dehydrator in which the equipment is damaged and the sludge overflows is shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B. 1A and 1B are photographs showing a problem phenomenon of a conventional electric penetration dehydrator.
