Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electrical box installation device of the top floor ceiling for a multi-family house, and more particularly, to prevent the water generated by the external temperature difference from penetrating the electrical box installed on the ceiling of the top floor, and part of the finishing material for finishing the ceiling. The present invention relates to an electrical box installation apparatus of a top floor ceiling for a multi-family house that facilitates maintenance work of an electrical box by opening and closing only a portion for maintenance of the electrical box without removing the whole.
The electrical box is installed in the wall and ceiling together with the conduit to be installed as a switch, an outlet, and also serves as a wiring breaker.
In the existing method of installing the electrical box of the ceiling of the uppermost floor of a multi-family house, due to the problem of heat insulation due to the characteristics of the multi-family house, after installing a panel-type insulation on the top of the plywood formwork, the electric box and the conduit are installed at a predetermined position. The panel insulation was removed to enclose the electrical box and the conduit and the liquid curable insulation was filled in the peripheral portion. After that, after reinforcing the reinforcing bars, the concrete was poured, and after curing the concrete, the formwork was removed and the corresponding equipment was installed.
The liquid curable heat insulating material is a urethane foam that is widely used in building and construction, and a volatile solvent such as carbon dioxide and freon produced by reaction of polyurethane as a component and water used as a component and isocyanate as a bridge binder is used as a foaming agent ( 발포) It is a foam product made by mixing.
Therefore, when the above-mentioned damaged part is filled with urethane foam, even if a small amount is filled, it rises, and it is not easy to match with the height of the panel type heat insulating material previously installed.
Therefore, in the process of filling the damaged portion of the panel-shaped insulation damaged to install the electrical box and the conduit with the urethane foam, when the hardening higher than the panel-type insulation, the heat insulation layer is high, but the concrete layer was thin, there was a problem When hardened, the concrete layer became thick, but there was a problem of thinning the insulating layer.
Basically, however, the filling process is not easy to be leveled with the height of the panel-type insulation in the filling process. Even if the height can be adjusted horizontally, the thickness of the insulation is higher than that of other parts where the electric box is not installed. It is obvious to be thin.
Due to the installation of the electrical box of the ceiling of the existing uppermost floor of the existing multi-unit house, the condensation phenomenon occurs in or around the electrical box due to the thinner thermal insulation layer. In other words, dew condensation caused by internal and external temperature differences occurs.
This, in severe cases, occurred inside the ceiling and wetted as a finishing material, causing structural damage, and having a problem that may cause an electric leakage of an electric line or an electric appliance.
To solve this problem, there is a patent No. 0765055.
The prior art can minimize the deterioration of insulation due to breakage of the insulation and can solve the short circuit problem due to condensation, but it is very simple to operate or repair the switch because the electrical box is fixed through the electrical box installation member. If it is difficult and condensation occurs on the surface of the heat insulator, water may penetrate into the electrical box and fail.
The present invention is to solve the problems as described above, to prevent the water generated by the external temperature difference does not penetrate the electrical box installed in the ceiling of the top layer, without removing some or all of the finishing material finishing the ceiling. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric box installation device of a top floor ceiling for a multi-family house that facilitates maintenance work of an electric box by only opening and closing a part for maintenance of an electric box.
Electrical box installation apparatus of the top floor ceiling for multi-family housing according to the present invention for achieving the object as described above, between the insulating material is installed on the bottom of the top floor concrete ceiling for multi-family housing and the finishing material is installed at a predetermined interval on the bottom of the insulating material. By installing an electrical box, the one side is rotatably connected through the hinge and the other side is fixed to the finishing material by the locker and the guide rail is formed on each of the left and right sides of the upper surface formed by opening the box up and down to the finishing material A cover configured to open and close the box outlet; It is vertically disposed between the insulation and the finishing material and is fixed to the bottom of the insulation through a plurality of anchors penetrating the insulation and anchored to the concrete ceiling, and the lower end is slidably connected to the guide rail of the cover through a slider, respectively. A pair of dampers that guide the opening and closing of the cover; A box holder plate installed on a plurality of fasteners on an upper surface of the cover; A spacer interposed between the box holder plate and the cover to pass through a fastener for fixing the box holder plate to the cover to separate the electrical box from an upper surface of the cover through the box holder plate; Induction drainage is installed on the box holder plate through a plurality of legs and is formed in a mountain shape inclined downward while going to both sides about the center part to induce water falling from the insulation to the periphery of the electric box installed on the box holder plate. Do include a cover.
According to the electrical box installation device of the top floor ceiling for a multi-family house according to the present invention, the electrical box is installed in a state floating in the space between the upper insulation and the lower finishing material, the water falling from the insulating material and the water flowing along the bottom of the finishing material Since it does not penetrate the electric box can prevent the malfunction of the electric device by water can improve the reliability as an electric box installation device, it can reduce the cost for the repair of the electric box.
And, the electrical box is installed in the finishing material is not normally exposed to the outside, but during operation and maintenance of the electrical box to move the electrical box to the bottom of the finishing material to lower the height of the electrical box and work in a large space, so the operation of the electrical box And maintenance is easy.

As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the electric box installation device of the top floor ceiling for a multi-family house according to the present invention, the bottom of the heat insulating material (2) and the heat insulating material (2) is installed on the bottom of the top floor concrete ceiling (1) By installing the
The box lead-out
The
The
The
The
At this time, since the
Since the structure of the
The present invention is applied to the
The
That is, the
The
In addition, the present invention is applied to the
A pair of
The switch or the like installed inside the
The action of the electric box installation device of the uppermost ceiling for a multi-family house according to the present invention is as follows.
3 is a state in which the
Water falling from the surface of the
In addition, the water flowing through the bottom surface of the finishing
That is, the
On the other hand, when operating or repairing the switch, etc. of the electrical box (4) by turning the
When the operation of the
When the
When the
