Claims (8)
- (a) 전자 도너를 D, 전자 억셉터를 A라고 할 때, D-A-D의 배열을 가지는 복수개의 D-A-D 로드(rod)를 준비하는 단계;
(b) 상기 복수개의 D-A-D 로드의 상기 D에 전기적 극성을 갖는 리간드를 부착시키는 단계;
(c) 상기 복수개의 D-A-D 로드의 상기 A와 화학적 친화력이 있는 베이스 전극을 준비하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 복수개의 D-A-D 로드를 상기 베이스 전극에 공급하여 상기 베이스 전극 상에 상기 복수개의 D-A-D 로드가 자기 조립(self-assembly)되어 형성된 복수개의 나선형(spiral) 구조의 헬리컬(helical) 로드를 포함하는 발광층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지 발광층의 형성 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 D-A-D 로드의 상기 D는 포르피린(porphyrin)이며, 상기 D-A-D 로드의 상기 A는 페릴린 비스이미드(perylene bisimide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지 발광층의 형성 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리간드는 상기 복수개의 D-A-D 로드의 상기 D가 J-응집(J-aggregation)되도록 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지 발광층의 형성 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리간드는 키랄(chiral) 리간드인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지 발광층의 형성 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계에서,
상기 헬리컬 로드는 상기 복수개의 D-A-D 로드의 상기 A 사이의 인력으로 인하여 상기 복수개의 D-A-D 로드가 수직으로 결합됨으로써 형성되되, 상기 복수개의 D-A-D 로드의 상기 D에 부착된 리간드 사이의 척력으로 인하여 상기 복수개의 D-A-D 로드가 소정의 각도를 가지며 비틀리게 결합됨으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지 발광층의 형성 방법. - 삭제
- 베이스 전극;
상기 베이스 전극 상에 형성되는 발광층; 및
상기 발광층 상에 형성되는 상부 전극
을 포함하며,
상기 발광층은 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 전극과 상부 전극 중 적어도 어느 하나는 광에 대하여 투명한 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지.
