Description
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a light-emitting fabric, and more particularly to a method of manufacturing a light-emitting fabric using EL wire for providing a light-emitting fabric that is easy to wash and excellent wearing comfort.
Recently, in order to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of clothes, techniques for attaching or inserting general light emitting materials on clothes have been derived. For example, a method of sewing or inserting a light emitting diode or an optical fiber having a light emitting function in a safety suit is implementing an effect of ensuring visibility through light emission as well as appearance beauty.
However, such a conventional light emitting clothing is not washable, or there is a problem that the luminous efficiency is lowered because the position or shape of the optical fiber is changed by frequent washing. In addition, when wearing the conventional light-emitting clothing, due to the heterogeneity with the fabric, the wearing feeling is greatly lowered, causing a problem of limiting activity.
Accordingly, the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a method of manufacturing a light-emitting fabric using EL wire to facilitate the washing and improve the comfort.
Method of manufacturing a light-emitting fabric using EL wire according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first weft yarn and the second weft yarn as a weft preparation step constituting a general fiber yarn or a general spun yarn, and a warp general fiber yarn or A warp preparation step constituting a general yarn and weaving by weaving the first weft yarn and the second weft yarn on the slope alternately using a repier weaving machine, and weaving to operate the number of revolutions of the repier weaving machine at 1,000 to 1,200 RPM Steps.
In the weft preparation step, the diameter of the first weft yarn is 1.3 to 1.5 mm and the fineness of the second weft yarn is 900 to 1,100 denier, and the fineness of the warp yarn may be 900 to 1,100 denier in the warp preparation step.
The first weft yarn encased in the weaving step may be cut to a length of 2 m.
According to the method of manufacturing a light emitting fabric using EL wire according to an embodiment of the present invention, weaving of the light emitting fabric using EL wire is easy by optimizing the weaving conditions of the weft, the warp yarn and the repier loom.
In addition, according to the manufacturing method of the light-emitting fabric using EL wire according to an embodiment of the present invention, the washing is easy, the reduction in luminous efficiency by washing is suppressed, there is an excellent fit.
With reference to the accompanying drawings, it will be described embodiments of the present invention to be easily implemented by those skilled in the art.
1 schematically shows a method of manufacturing a light-emitting fabric using EL wires according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the method of manufacturing a light-emitting fabric using EL wire includes a weft preparation step (S1), an inclined configuration step (S2), and a weaving step (S3).
The weft preparation step (S1) is a step of preparing the
First, the
And the
The
Slope preparation step (S2) is a step to prepare the
Next, in the weaving step (S3) weaving the
At this time, the length of the
The method of manufacturing a light-emitting fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention to satisfy the number of revolutions of the repier loom 1,000 to 1,200 RPM (revolutions per minute). Since the
2 schematically shows a
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Conventional light-emitting fabrics were manufactured through a method of sewing or inserting optical fibers, such conventional light-emitting fabrics are not washable or have low luminous efficiency and have a poor fit.
However, according to the manufacturing method of the
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the claims and the detailed description of the invention and the accompanying drawings. Naturally, it belongs to the range of.
1 is a process chart showing a method of manufacturing a light-emitting fabric using EL wire according to an embodiment of the present invention.
