Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to safety and danger prevention equipment for people who walk and run at night.
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to ensure safety when walking and running at night, it has been practiced to paint fluorescent clothing on clothing or to wear clothing using fluorescent fibers.
On the other hand, there are police clothes, road workers, and the like that wear safety clothes at night, and clothes with a reflective band attached and electroluminescent (hereinafter referred to as EL) flat plates that emit surface light.

[Patent Document 1] JP-A-2001-123304 (P2001-123304A)
[Patent Document 2] JP-A-10-292257
[Patent Document 3] Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-348711 (P2002-348711A)
[Patent Document 4] JP-A-7-121130
[0005]
However, fluorescent paints and fluorescent fibers, which are conventional techniques, have a fast decay due to the characteristics of the material, have a limited period of use as a reflective material, and do not emit light themselves. Therefore, there is a drawback that the effect is small if there is no projection from other sources.
Similarly, the reflective band of the safety garment used by road workers or the like does not emit light by itself, and therefore has a drawback that it is less effective if there is no light from other sources.
[0007] In safety clothing with an EL flat plate that emits surface light, the self-emission of EL improves safety in the absence of external lighting, but it is used for applications that require flexibility such as clothing. Then, there is a disadvantage that the EL does not light up, there is a difficulty in practical use, and it can be used only in a limited part without bending.
[0008]
In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, an EL wire is fixed to a cloth such as a scarf and a cloth in which the EL wire is woven is made. By wearing this at night, the presence or absence of pedestrians, runners, etc. from automobiles etc. can be clarified by lighting or flashing of light emitted from cloths with EL wire rods and cloths woven with EL wire rods. As a result, pedestrians can be avoided from traffic accidents.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Next, an embodiment of the nighttime light emitting safety armor according to the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 shows the structure of the EL wire and the structure of the cloth. As shown in FIG. 1, the EL wire has a core material 2 having a composition such as copper, silver or tungsten, a light emitting layer 3 formed on the core electrode 2, and a transparent electrode 4 formed on the light emitting layer 3. The outermost layer film 5 formed on the transparent electrode 4 is formed, and is constituted by the additional electrode 6 formed between the light emitting layer 3 and the transparent electrode 4.
[0010]
[Example 1]
As shown in FIG. 2, the EL wire 8 is attached to the surface of the scarf 1, and the EL wire 8 is turned on or blinked by the inverter 9. The inverter storage ring 10 stores the inverter 9 and at the same time becomes a fashionable one-point accessory. When the EL wire becomes thicker by 2.0 mm or more, the flexibility becomes inferior when it is attached to the cloth, so that the EL wire uses 2.0 mm or less. In addition, since the brightness decreases when the thickness is 0.1 mm or less, it is difficult to see from a distance of 100 m or more at night on a single line. As the color of the EL wire, blue-green is particularly bright and easy to confirm from a distance.
[0011]
[Example 2]
As shown in FIG. 3, the EL wire 8 is attached to the end face of the scarf 1, and the EL wire 8 is turned on or blinked by the inverter 9 as in (Example 1).
[0012]
[Example 3]
As shown in FIG. 4, the EL wire 8 is turned and attached to the surface of the scarf 1 a plurality of times, and the EL wire 8 is turned on or blinked by the inverter 9 in the same manner as in (Example 1).
[0013]
[Example 4]
As shown in FIG. 5, the EL wire 8 is knitted or attached along the edge of the square scarf 1, and the EL wire 8 is turned on or blinked by the inverter 9 in the same manner as in the first embodiment. .
[0014]
[Example 5]
As shown in FIG. 6, it is an example in which a reflective material, sequins 11 and the like are attached to a scarf together with an EL wire.
[0015]
[Example 6]
As shown in FIG. 7, a cloth in which an extremely thin EL wire is woven. Since the EL wire is woven into the cloth and becomes 0.1 mm or more in diameter, the weaving becomes difficult. Further, when the EL wire has a diameter of 0.01 mm or less, the wire drawing process becomes difficult, and the EL wire cannot be manufactured. Since the brightness of the EL wire becomes lower when it becomes 0.1 mm or less, it is woven into the cloth and issued to the surface, but unlike the conventional surface-issued EL flat plate, it is flexible and light can be confirmed even at a distance of 100 m or more at night. .
[0016]
From the above embodiments, the presence or absence of the nighttime light-emitting safety armor of the present invention is clearly announced to others by wearing it on the body at night and lighting or blinking. Can secure the safety of the traffic weak.
