Description

The present invention relates to a concrete security barrier, and more particularly, to a concrete security barrier to prevent secondary accidents and to have an aesthetics by inserting the interior of the security barrier so that the light emitting portion installed in the security barrier does not protrude to the outside.

In general, various safety facilities are installed on the road to prepare for accidents such as collisions as well as traffic signs for safe driving of vehicles.

Representatives of these are barriers and guard rails installed on both sides of the road and along the road from the center to prevent driving vehicles from leaving the road or invading the other side of the road.

In this case, the barrier wall installed on the center line of the road divides the road completely by the traveling direction of the vehicle and divides the road.

The median separator is installed to prevent large accidents in which vehicles traveling at high speeds on four or more lanes collide with vehicles coming over the central line, and are flowerbed, steel fence, or block type depending on the type of road or local conditions. And many other forms.

In particular, on the highway, the speed limit is very high and crossing of U-turns is prohibited, so it is necessary to separate the center of the road reliably and to prevent the invasion of the opposite lane as much as possible when the driving vehicle is hit. Consists of steel fence and concrete block.

At this time, the median divider is made to partition the lane, and to facilitate identification of the driver.

In addition to indicating that the central separator is installed, the identification means for displaying the direction of the road is installed.

At this time, as an identification means, a reflector, a lamp, etc. are provided.

In this case, the reflector and the lamp protrude from the center separator to provide the driver with discriminating power.

However, the following problem occurs in the conventional firewall.

Since an identification means such as a reflector or a lamp installed for identification of the security barrier is provided to protrude from the security barrier, there is a problem that a secondary accident may be caused.

In addition, since the identification means protrudes outward from the security barrier, there is a problem that the aesthetic view is not good.

Next, the light emitting unit 200 may be easily identified at night, and serves to indicate the direction of travel of the road and is disposed in the installation groove 110 of the body 100.

At this time, the material of the light emitting unit 200 is made of a transparent material such as polycarbonate, the LED is installed inside the light emitting.

At this time, the shape of the light emitting unit 200 is preferably made of a shape corresponding to the installation groove 110 formed in the body (100).

Accordingly, the light emitting unit 200 disposed in the installation groove 110 does not protrude from the body 100 to the outside.

At this time, the shape of the light emitting unit 200 is not limited, but for the convenience of description in the present specification, an example made of a rectangular parallelepiped.

On the other hand, the exposed surface of the light emitting unit 200 is further provided with a display unit 210 of the shape of a bracket for displaying the driving direction of the road.

In this case, the display unit 210 may be installed in the light emitting unit 200 as a separate pattern, and the LEDs installed inside the light emitting unit 200 may be displayed in a bracket shape.

That is, a plurality of LEDs are installed inside the light emitting unit 200. The color of the LED used for identifying the firewall and the color of the LED for indicating the driving direction of the road are preferably different from each other.

For example, a blue LED is installed inside the light emitting unit 200 to identify a firewall, and the display unit 210 is installed as a yellow LED so that the driver can easily identify a road driving route at night. .

Next, the angle 300 serves to fix the light emitting unit 200 disposed in the installation groove 110 of the body 100.

At this time, the angle 300 is composed of a lower angle 310 and an upper angle 320.

The lower angle 310 serves to fix the light emitting unit 200, and is configured along the inner surface of the installation groove 110.

That is, the lower angle 310 is a portion on which the light emitting part 200 is seated, and is fixed to the installation groove 110 of the body 100 together with the light emitting part 200.

The upper angle 320 shields the opened upper portion of the installation groove 110 and is coupled to the lower angle 310.

At this time, the upper angle 320 is installed with a solar battery 400 for supplying power to the light emitting unit 200.

At this time, the solar battery 400 includes a heat collecting plate 410, the heat collecting plate 410 is configured to be exposed to the outside.

At this time, the exposure of the heat collecting plate 410 does not mean protruding to the outside, it means that it is seen to the outside to collect solar heat.

At this time, although not shown, it is natural that the electricity supply means is installed between the solar battery 400 and the light emitting unit 200 to be energized with each other.

For example, a plug and an outlet type power supply unit may be installed between the solar battery 400 and the light emitting unit 200.

On the other hand, the upper angle 320 is preferably installed so as not to protrude from the body (100).

That is, in the state where the upper angle 320 is installed, the upper surface and the upper angle 320 of the body 100 is located on the same line with each other.

Hereinafter, look at the coupling and action of the concrete firewall made of the above configuration.

A plurality of bodies 100 constituting the concrete firewall is subsequently installed on the road as shown in FIG.

Thereafter, the lower angle 310 is fixed to the installation groove 110 of the body 100.

Thereafter, the light emitting unit 200 is seated on the lower angle 310, and then fixed using a fastening means such as a bolt.

At this time, the light emitting unit 200 and the lower angle 310 may be inserted into each of the body 100 is installed, in consideration of the efficient side of the power, it is preferable to be installed alternately at regular intervals.

At this time, if the light emitting unit 200 is not installed in the body 100, the daring groove 110 will not need to be formed.

Thereafter, the upper angle 320 to shield the upper portion of the installation groove 110, and then coupled to the lower angle (310).

At this time, it is understood that the solar battery 400 and the light emitting unit 200 installed on the upper angle 320 are energized with each other.

Thus, the installation of the light emitting unit 200 to the body 100 is completed.

As such, the combined concrete firewall supplies power to the LED using solar heat so that light is emitted to the light emitting unit 200 and the display unit 210.

Accordingly, the driver can easily recognize the position and the driving direction of the firewall when driving at night and can drive safely.

As described above, the light emitting unit 200 is installed on the concrete barrier wall, but is installed so as not to protrude outward, so that the driver can be easily identified and the secondary accident can be prevented.

In addition, the concrete firewall is characterized by having aesthetic appearance by providing a neat appearance.
