본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
Claims (5)
- 점착성을 갖도록 분자량이 1,000 ~ 1,500,000 범위에 있는 생체적합성 천연고분자로 이루어진 미세 분말 입자의 형태를 가지고,상기 미세 분말 입자는 체외에서 상처부위에 균일하게 분사·도포가 가능하도록 그 입자 크기가 0.1~1000㎛ 범위를 가지며,상기 미세 분말 형태의 조직 유착 방지제는 체내 도포 부위에서 상기 점착성에 의해 안정하게 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세분말형 조직 유착 방지제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천연고분자로는 알긴산, 펙틴, 카라기닌, 겔란 검, 히알루론산, 카르복시메틸셀룰로우스 및 덱스트란으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 이상의 고분자를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조직 유착 방지제.
