Abstract

PURPOSE: A bending-prevention rubber mat including woven net yarns and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the curving of a rubber mat by woven net yarns without the coating of urethane liquid. CONSTITUTION: A bending-prevention rubber mat including woven net yarns comprises manufacturing methods. The woven net yarns are pressed on the lower part of the rubber mat at the temperature of 130~160°C and the pressure of 100~200kgf/cm. The woven net yarns are coated with urethane liquid and are compressed on the lower part of the rubber mat at 130~160°C and 100~200kgf/cm^2. The woven net yarns are made of polyethylene or PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride). The thickness of woven net yarns is 1~3mm.
