Claims (7)
- 다음을 포함하는, 계면활성제를 이용한 후각 수용체 단백질의 정제방법:(a) 후각 수용체 단백질이 과발현된 균체를 분리하여 분쇄한 다음, 상기 후각 수용체 단백질을 포함하는 분쇄물을 분리하는 단계;(b) 상기 후각 수용체 단백질을 포함하는 분쇄물을 트라이톤X-100(Triton X-100), Chaps, Chapso, 디기토닌(digitonin), NP-40, Tween-20, 유레아(urea) 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 제1 계면활성제로 처리하는 단계;(c) 상기 (b)단계에서 용해되지 않은 후각 수용체 단백질을 포함하는 분쇄물을 싸코실(N-lauroyl sarcosine), SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) 및 리소포스페티딜클로린(lysophosphatidylcholine)로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 제2 계면활성제로 처리하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 (c)단계에서 용해된 후각 수용체 단백질을 수득하는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계의 후각 수용체 단백질이 과발현된 균체는 후각 수용체 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자가 도입된 재조합 미생물을 배양하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 계면활성제는 상기 (a)단계의 후각 수용체 단백질을 포함하는 분쇄물 중에서 후각 수용체 단백질 이외의 단백질을 용해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 계면활성제는 상기 (b)단계에서 용해되지 않은 후각 수용체 단백질을 포함하는 분쇄물 중에서 후각 수용체 단백질만을 용해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
