Abstract
Description
즉, 본 발명에서는 LED 형광등 소켓에 LED 형광등 전극핀이 삽입되면 등가저항부(310)에서 유입되는 전류를 저항 R1과, 저항 R2를 통해 LED 구동전류에 맞게 설정해 주는 역할을 한다.
이로 인해, 별도의 구성없이 기존의 전자식 형광등을 LED 형광등으로 손쉽게 교체할 수가 있다.
Claims (5)
- 형광등과 동일한 사이즈와 동일한 형상으로 이루어져서 형광등 소켓(10)에 접속되어 구동되는 LED 형광등(1)로 이루어지고,상기 LED 형광등(1)은 봉형상의 둘레를 따라 복수개의 LED(110)가 복수열을 이루며 정열되어 접속된 연성기판(FPCB)(100)와,연성기판에 접속된 복수개의 LED가 직립상으로 삽입되어 결합되도록 연성기판과 동일한 봉형상으로 형성되고, 그 봉형상의 본체 둘레를 따라 복수의 LED 반사홈(210)이 형성된 알루미늄 반사판(200)과,그 알루미늄 반사판의 끝단과 형광등 전극핀 사이에 원형상으로 삽입되도록 형성되어 전자식 형광등의 초기방전을 일으키는 스타터의 기동을 차단하여 연성기판에 형성된 복수개의 LED를 보호하도록 등가 저항부(310), 정류부(320), 정전류제어부(330)로 이루어진 전자식 보조안정기 모듈(300)로 구성되는 것에 있어서,상기 연성기판(FPCB)(100)은,봉형상의 본체 둘레를 따라 칩 LED가 삽입되도록 삽입홀과 함께 연성기판(FPCB)(100a)이 형성되고, 그 연성기판(FPCB)(100a)의 하단에 봉형상의 연성기판를 지지함과 동시에 1차로 절연시키는 고무재질의 절연패드부(100b)가 형성되며, 그 절연패드부(100b)의 하단에 봉형상의 연성기판(100a)와, 봉형상의 절연패드부(100b)를 지지함과 동시에 2차로 절연시키는 알루미늄 방열판(100c)이 형성되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 보조안정기 모듈을 통한 LED 형광등.
