Claims (9)
- 양극/분리막/음극의 권취형 전극조립체('젤리-롤')가 금속 캔에 내장되어 있고, 젤리-롤의 중앙 중공부에는 센터 핀이 삽입되어 있는 원통형 전지로서, 상기 센터 핀은 강한 외부 충격의 인가시 파괴되는 소재의 중공형 본체와, 상기 중공형 본체의 외면을 도포하고 있는 고분자 수지층으로 구성되어 있어서, 강한 외부 충격의 인가시 파괴된 중공형 본체에 의해 젤리-롤의 전극 호일 무지부가 단락되며, 상기 중공형 본체는 외경이 2 내지 4 mm 이고, 두께는 센터 핀의 전체 반경을 기준으로 10 내지 20%의 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중공형 본체는 도전성 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 중공형 본체는 유리기재 또는 탄소기재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 유리기재는 도전성 유리기재인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지층은 폴리우레탄, 폴리아크릴 및 ABS 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지층의 두께는 센터 핀의 전체 반경을 기준으로 5 내지 10%의 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중공형 본체의 외면에는 파괴시 소정의 날카로운 파편이 생성될 수 있도록 다수의 노치가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 전지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 및 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 원통형 전지를 단위전지로서 포함하고 있는 고출력 대용량의 중대형 전지모듈.
