Claims (3)
- 상부 및 하부 배출부를 각각 갖는 케이스와,열분해 반응에 의해 생성된 열분해가스가 유입되도록 상기 케이스의 내부까지 연장 형성되며 내부 방향으로 진행할수록 그 크기가 작아지게 경사진 형태를 갖는 열분해가스 유입관과,상기 열분해가스 유입관을 따라 유동하여 분사되는 열분해가스를 충돌시켜 그 내부에 포함된 왁스 성분을 분리시키는 충돌판과,상기 열분해가스 유입관의 끝단을 향해 그 크기가 점점 작아지도록 경사진 구조로 구성되고 끝단에 상기 충돌판이 설치되어 밀봉되며, 상기 케이스 내에서 상기 열분해가스 유입관의 둘레를 감싸도록 배치되어, 상기 충돌판에 충돌함에 따라 분리된 왁스 성분 및 열분해가스가 와류를 형성하면서 재차 충돌됨과 더불어 중력의 작용을 통해 한번 더 왁스 성분을 분리시켜, 왁스 성분이 분리 제거된 열분해가스는 상기 상부 배출구로 배출시키고, 분리된 왁스 성분은 상기 하부 배출구로 배출시키는 와류 형성부, 및상기 와류 형성부의 상부에 설치되어 열분해가스 내에 포함된 미제거된 왁스 성분을 재차 충돌시켜 제거하는 충돌면을 제공함과 더불어 열분해가스가 이동하는 다수개의 구멍을 갖는 충돌 플레이트를 포함하며,상기 충돌판은 상기 열분해가스 유입관의 끝단과 일정 거리를 두고 상기 와류 형성부의 끝단에 설치되며, 상기 와류 형성부는 그 단부가 상기 케이스의 내측면과 일정 간격을 갖도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열분해 공정에서 생산되는 왁스 제거용 충격분리 장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 다수개의 구멍은 상기 와류 형성부에서 빠져 나온 열분해가스가 바로 상기 상부 배출구 쪽으로 이동하지 않고 충돌을 거친 후에 이동하도록, 상기 와류 형성부의 배출구와 거리를 두고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열분해 공정에서 생산되는 왁스 제거용 충격분리 장치.
