Abstract
본 발명은, 기존의 폐수 고도처리방법에서 활용되고 있는 오존처리방법, 막분리방법, 활성탄처리방법, 고도산화방법보다 이 들 방법들을 병합시키는 막/오존/자외선/촉매를 이용한 하이브리드 고도처리기술로서 막분리로 미세한 입자까지 제거시키고, 오존, 자외선 및 촉매에 의해 생성된 오존, OH라디칼, 활성기 들이 분자성 유기화합물까지 분해제거함으로써 처리수는 재이용수로 활용할 수 있어 환경적 오염부하가 적게 할 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 유입되는 폐수로부터 입자상 물질을 제거하는 분리막 및 상기 분리막 하단에 위치하며 입자성 물질로 인해 분리막의 기공이 막히는 것을 방지하기 위해 공기방울을 분사할 수 있는 공기 분사기를 구비하는 집수조;
상기 집수조의 분리막으로부터 입자상 물질이 제거된 폐수를 흡인펌프를 통하여 유입하는 유입부 및 오존발생부를 통하여 발생된 오존이 유입되어 유입 폐수의 유기물을 산화하고, 에어컴프레셔에서 공급받은 공기에 의해는 오존산화부가 상단에 위치하며, 오존 산화부 하부에 자외선램프를 구비하는 자외선산화부, 및 활성탄 5-20중량%, 점토 42-60중량%, 제올라이트 10-20중량%, 이산화티탄 5-10중량%, 철염 3-8중량%로 이루어진 원형 다공성 촉매로 이루어진 촉매부가 순차적으로 구비된 반응조; 및
상기 반응조에서 처리된 처리수를 저장하는 처리수조;
를 포함하는 폐수 처리 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 미세여과(MF)막, 한외여과(UF)막 또는 나노여과(NF) 막인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리 장치. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 폴리프로필렌(PP) 또는 폴리에테술폰/술폰화 폴리에테르술폰(PES/SPES)의 복합막의 중공사형인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기물 분해 효율이 높은 폐수 처리 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 오존발생부는 스테인레스 재질 표면에 플라즈마 세라믹 코팅한 후 무성방전 식으로 오존을 발생하는 오존발생 셀을 구비하며, 상기 오존발생 셀은 유입 폐수 속 유기화합물의 농도에 따라 발생량을 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 반응조는 유입되는 폐수를 분사하는 유입폐수 분사기 및 저장조로부터 순환되어 유입되는 처리수를 분사하는 처리수 분사기를 반응조 상단에 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리 장치.
