소정의 두께와 일정한 면적을 갖고 배면에 다수 개로 분포되어 있는 전면 동공홈(22)이 형성되어 있는 전면판(20);
전면에 다수 개로 분포되어 있는 배면 동공홈(32)이 형성되어 상기 전면판(20)의 배면에 마주하여 위치되는 배면판(30);
전면판(20)과 배면판(30)의 사이에 상기 전,배면 동공홈(22,32)으로 둘러싸여져 전면적에 걸쳐 다수 개로 분포 배열되어 있는 동공(40);
전면판(20)과 배면판(30)의 사이에 개재되어 각각의 동공(40)을 분할시키는 흡음막(50); 및
전면판(20)에 두께 방향으로 관통되어 각각의 동공(40)과 연통되어 있는 흡음 도입공(60)을 포함하고;
전면판(20) 및 배면판(30)은 유리, 투명 또는 반투명의 플라스틱으로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 동공 및 흡음막을 갖는 방음판.
